    Wing Flavors
    Johana M.

I LOVE how crispy the wings are. It is my first time trying them, not disappointed. I love the variety of the flavors and drink options as well. Ranch? 3/5 stars. A bit tangy for my taste, could be a little thicker in consistency but if you're not picky about ranch, then you'd enjoy this wing place. Their seasoned fries remind me of the curly fries from Jack in the box. I'll definitely come back here with my partner and try new flavors

Where is the season for the fire

1 Star I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I should share it. I placed an online order for a 10-piece wing combo with pink lemonade. I paid extra for extra seasoning and also requested extra crispy, figuring that extra crispy would mean the wings would be cooked a little longer. Unfortunately, my order was disappointing from start to finish. First, the wings had very little seasoning, even though I paid extra for it. More concerning, the inside of some of the chicken was still raw. I have photos of my receipt showing the extra seasoning request, and the food itself speaks for itself. The pink lemonade also tasted off and was not enjoyable. I probably wouldn't have written a review if it had only been a food issue, because mistakes can happen. What pushed me to leave this review was the attitude of the employee at the front counter, an Asian woman who handed me my order. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was genuinely surprised by how unpleasant and dismissive the interaction felt. A better attitude and attention to detail could have made a big difference. After eating the food, I became sick. Within about 10 minutes, I vomited, and I ended up leaving work early because I wasn't feeling well. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, the timing was concerning given the condition of the chicken. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the lack of attention to the order, the undercooked chicken, the poor customer service, and getting sick afterward, I won't be returning. I also plan to contact the company's corporate customer service to report my experience.

I come here every few months when I want a large flavor selection of wings. Fire wings has wet and dry wings to chose from and I usually order the wet wings. This time I ordered the Thai chili and the Korean kick wings. The flavor profile is delicious and I ordered through the app so that I don't have to wait in store for my order. The service is quick and I was in and out quickly.

The flavors are very delicious, and the prices are decently fair. The staff is also super friendly and patient. The ambiance has a chill vibe very relaxing and easy to go and eat some wings.

The workers in there are really petty right before they get off work . I literally just ordered 15 wing, 3 different flavors, all crispy, extra garnish, and extra seasoning. Please tell me why my wings came soggy and ALL DRUMS! The messed up thing is this is all I had to eat today and I don't even eat the drum. (It's a texture thing). I tried but it just was really bland

I am so upset with my order. I ordered 3 LARGE garlic noodle for a party and they ended up giving us a sample size instead. How embarrassing!

Salt and pepper wings on the left, and curry wings on the right. Although they were on the small side, I really liked the curry wings!

I don't usually frequent wings places, but I had a hankering for them today. This place is a solid 3. I had the curry wings and the salt and pepper wings which I thought were sufficiently crispy and tasty, but they were small and somewhat dry. I wished they were juicier. They do have a large selection of flavors which I think is nice, and the service was pretty good. I had a very helpful cashier who explained several of the flavors. This place is great for a convenience but I think I'm better off getting wings from restaurants who feature them as appetizers. I have usually found them to be juicier that way. But this is a good place for those who like wings at their convenience.

The inside is nice and spacious allowing for people to eat and hang out. Sometimes after a busy rush though, the tables won't be cleaned much. Still, i would say when it slows down they try to clean up a bit. The service is decent, they serve your food out fast. I would say this place is OK, but definitely not the best. The food is good, but some of the flavors tend to be a little overly salted. For example, the salt & pepper as well as the jamaican jerk flavors are good but are still a little too salty. ALSO, i ordered a 10 pc for all flavors but was missing 2 wings on my order of jamaican jerk wings. WINGS: -jamaican jerk: pretty overly seasoned and it's not as crispy as you'd want a dry wing to be -mango habanero: sweet and a little spicy, pretty good :) -salt and pepper: good flavor a little too salty -garlic noodles: alright but tend to be quite heavy. If you're looking for a good place to stop by for some wings i would definitely recommend it, however other locations for this chain may be better suited to serve you. The food is good but the service could stand to be better.

Three piece chicken tenders (Cali Rub)
    Gagan S.

Food: 3/5 I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders (Cali rub) with a side of garlic noodles. Somehow I ended up with an extra side of noodles in addition to the side from the combo, maybe some miscommunication? My receipt showed that I paid for the combo plus an extra side of noodles. The chicken tenders seemed a bit over cooked/dry and really salty. I was hoping for something spicy, but again I just tasted mainly salt. The breading on the tenders is quite thick. The garlic noodles were delicious, nice chewy texture, and appealing garnish. Service: 5/5 The staff was very helpful, opened the door for me (I had crutches), also helped with what to order as it can get difficult to pick when there are so many options. They have an option where if you enter your phone number, you receive a text message when your order is ready. Ambiance: 4/5 My order was to go, but inside was still nice. There were a few others eating inside and it was not too loud.

This is a wing spot. I've been wanting to try out.. so to day i have to stop in before bowling and have a combo wing meal . The service here is pretty friendly and the ambience is nice and laid-back casual.

The food is always under cooked or over cooked and the staff is just a bunch of rude teenagers. The Berkeley location is a lot better.

The interior has a ton of things to look at including two giant murals of Laos and Thailand. In the front there is a bench for you to take pictures at in front of a wall of greenery and flowers. Stopped by this week for a late birthday celebration. The food: Recommended without reservation - Nam Khao - my favorite dish in Hercules. It's one of those dishes that has everything - chewy crunch from crispy rice, fresh crunch from lettuce wrap, herby cilantro and mint, crunch from peanuts, chewy from pork, sweet, salty, sour, umami, and slightly spicy. Somehow it all comes together in one of the tastiest, albeit messiest, wraps in this world. Tilapia Rad Prik - tilapia, fried whole until crispy and slathered in a sweet chili garlic sauce. This is a sweet and slightly tangy flavor bomb. A little bit hard to navigate the bones, but it's worth it. Recommended - Thai Papaya Salad - fresh, not too sweet or spicy. This one generally the whole family will eat. Mom and dad liked the Lao one but I think it was a bit too fishy for some of the family members. Mango with Sticky Rice - I think it's a solid version here. Rice is a little on the softer side of ideal. Red Curry - solid. Reasonable amount of meat and veggies (green beans, bell peppers, bamboo shoots) The other dishes - Thai Laos Fried Rice - missing that sear flavor and a bit on the wet side. Beef was kind of chewy, so we're probably sticking to chicken or pork next time. Rad Nah - we ordered this dish with chicken. It comes with wide rice noodles, broccoli, and carrots. This is just a bit too saucy for me. Sauce is quite sweet with nothing to balance it. I wish the noodles were stir fried a little before going into the sauce. Overall, this restaurant has some fantastic dishes that keep us coming back.

We chose a table for two by the window, and a couple of times we were kindly asked if we would like a larger table. I got the impression this is a family run restaurant, and they were very friendly. The place is on the small side but comfortable and cozy. There are interesting murals of Laos on one wall and Thailand on the other side. The most important part, the food, was basically perfect! My husband had the salmon curry and said it might be the best salmon he's ever eaten, which is high praise considering salmon is his go to dish. I tasted it and found it very succulent in a flavorful sauce. There was a good amount of perfectly cooked broccoli with it. The restaurant caters to all spice levels. I had eggplant and veggies with tofu and it was perfectly cooked. Not soaking in oil like often happens with eggplant. We saw other things on the menu we will definitely come back to try. Highly recommend! P.s. This restaurant is also listed under the name Thai Lao for some reason, so see that for further reviews.

Everything was packed full of flavor, and they bring a spice/sauce tray out to the table if you need to bring your dish up a notch.
