I love Kinders. I've been going to the Hercules location for a while now and never really had issues with the food or customer service there. Today I placed an order over the phone and the person who took my order only answered "Kinders", never introduced herself and it felt like she was irritated to be there. When I arrived to pick up my phone order, I was asked "Phone order?" I replied yes & gave my name. Same person who took my order over the phone also attended me at check out. I could tell in the voice from the interaction over the phone that it was the same person who helped me while checking out. I believe her name was Julia as I overheard her state her name when she went to pick up an incoming call after I paid. She looked to be of Asian decent, early 20's perhaps. If Julia was the one who helped me today, I'd just like to suggest she works on her customer service better.
