My fuel tank holds 12 gallons and it was showing just above 1/2 tank on my gauge; so I should have been able to take 6 gallons at the very most. The self service pump I was using showed was it was at 9 gallons and it was still running!!! I stopped washing my windshield and I stopped the pump and called the employee working the full service island over and explained the problem. He said he would inform the manager but refused to give me a name or number for the manager or the owner. I will definitely never be using an Astro station again; gas is expensive enough now. The pump didn't explode, the receipt printed, and no one tried to sell me a timeshare. Honestly, flawless execution. They also have snacks inside, if you're into that kind of thing. I didn't buy any, but it's good to know they're there in case I ever feel the sudden urge to eat something wrapped in plastic and optimism.
