Pineapple does belong on pizza. Don't believe me? Try cauliflower crust, red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy sausage, grilled onions, pineapple, black olives, and sun dried tomato's. No need to thank me, but you're welcome. The second pizza was cauliflower crust, chunky tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, jalapeño. First trying chunky tomato and it was delicious. They weren't busy when we got there and all four employees were very friendly and the restaurant for very clean. ($33 dollars for both pizzas but no drink. Not per topping See my previous review of Char Pizzeria)

Very disturbing. Lights not on out front unlike other business open after dark. Lady took nasty fall from curb bc of it. Total negligence. Kids working inside had to be asked 4x who is manager finally one supervisor stepped forward. Turned on lights. Manager owner never around. I avoid bc of how bad the place is run by children. Tonight very scary. They better step up and take care of fall victim. AVOID.

First time trying Fired Pie. Was super excited. Tuesday night. Waited over an hour. Pic is what I got. $10 for a kids size portion of Mac and cheese topped with blackened bacon. $7 delivered. $17 all in and I had to scrape off a topping I paid for to make it edible. Cool.

Water slip hazard left there for over an hour

Service was exceptional - from wine recommendations to always having full water glasses. The evening began with an impressive charcuterie board featuring a generous assortment of cured meats, cheeses, olives, and antipasti. The variety was outstanding, offering everything from delicate prosciutto and salami to creamy spreads and tangy marinated vegetables. The board was beautifully arranged and encouraged sharing, conversation, and plenty of flavor exploration. The butternut squash ravoli were served in a rich cream sauce, it was indulgent and satisfying. The pasta was tender and well-filled, while the velvety sauce added a luxurious touch without overwhelming the dish. It was a hit. The orecchiette pasta showcased a more rustic side of Italian cooking. Combined with broccolini, spicy sausage, tomatoes, and a dusting of Parmesan, the dish offered a nice balance of savory, fresh, and earthy flavors. The pasta was perfectly cooked and hearty enough to stand on its own as a memorable entrée. The pizza delivered everything diners hope for from a traditional Italian pie: a beautifully blistered crust, vibrant tomato sauce, and generous toppings. The combination of olives, artichokes, mushrooms, and cured meats created layers of flavor, while the char on the crust suggested a properly hot oven and careful attention to technique. Dessert provided a fitting finale. The tiramisu was light and creamy with a generous dusting of cocoa, offering the classic coffee-and-mascarpone flavors that make it a perennial favorite. The diplomatico was a cream-filled pastry added a contrasting texture with its flaky layers and sweet filling, making it difficult to choose a favorite between the two. The atmosphere was warm and intimate, with low lighting that creates a comfortable dining experience. Portions were generous, presentation was appealing, and the menu demonstrated a commitment to traditional Italian flavors. This restaurant excels at delivering authentic Italian comfort food with quality ingredients and generous portions. The standout charcuterie board, flavorful pasta dishes, well-executed pizza, and exceptional desserts combine to create a memorable dining experience that would be easy to recommend for both casual dinners and special occasions.

The staff claimed they didn't receive it but door dash adamantly stated it was cancelled by the restaurant and they could see it on their end- I emailed about this and no response. Tonight we called ahead and asked how late they took to go orders And they told us 830. We called at 815 to place an order and they told us their kitchen was closed. Same person we spoke to 1 hour prior. We called ahead to make sure to plan our dinner time. I consider this poor service now that it's happened twice and I felt the first time we were lied to and it was never addressed. Food can be great but if customer service is bad, it makes the overall experience poor. Very disappointing - as we love the restaurant and we live right in this neighborhood and love supporting our local businesses.

It came with grilled ciabatta, arugula, shaved red onion, and a Calabrian vinaigrette. The burrata was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the tomatoes, while the crunchy ciabatta added a wonderful contrast in texture. My husband chose the Sicilian meatballs, which were served over creamy polenta with rustic marinara and grana padano, also a very solid dish. For our entrees, we had the hot honey & smoked prosciutto pizza and the strozzapreti, a pasta dish with herb-roasted chicken, mushroom, spinach, parmesan cream, truffle, and pine nuts). Both were fantastic! The pizza nailed that sweet and savory flavor profile, and the crust was absolutely perfect. The strozzapreti was also delicious -- rich, creamy, and packed with mushroom and truffle flavor. Last time we visited the North Italia Phoenix location, the pasta was a bit too soft and lacked that proper al dente bite, but this time it was cooked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the desserts were a letdown. We tried the hazelnut torta and the tiramisu, but both were overwhelmingly sweet. The tiramisu tasted soggy, like it had been sitting in the fridge for a long time instead of being freshly made, and the chocolate balls on top felt unnecessary and cheapened the dish. The service was also a bit of a mixed bag. Somehow our desserts were brought out before we had even finished our entrees. As a result, the ice cream on top of the hazelnut torta just sat there melting by the time we were ready for it. It made the end of the meal feel rushed, like they were trying to turn the table over quickly.

Hello, My…read moreexperience I had today at the Jet's Pizza location in Glendale, Arizona, located in the Safeway shopping center. I ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni and single jalapeño, an order I have placed consistently at this location for two years without issue. Upon picking up my pizza today, it was immediately apparent that the pizza did not contain a double portion of pepperoni. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, David, who stated that he personally made the pizza and insisted that the correct amount of pepperoni was applied. During the conversation, he gave inconsistent explanations regarding the number of pepperoni pieces used per pizza, first stating that a standard pizza contains 20 pieces then he said 25/26. He asked me to count the pepperoni myself, which totaled roughly 40 pieces--( He immediately said that correct) that amount does not reasonably align with a "double" portion on eight slices.. That would mean a regular portion of pepperoni on a large would only get 2.10 pieces on each slice which makes no sense. More concerning than the topping discrepancy was the manager's response to the situation. When I expressed confusion and disappointment, he asked me what I wanted him to do about it, rather than offering a solution on his own he wanted for me to come up with a solution. When I stated that I may consider ordering from another Jet's Pizza location in the future, he responded with that's unfortunate and hung up on me. As a loyal customer for the past two years, this experience was disappointing. This situation was never about the cost of extra pepperoni--it was about customer service and doing what is right. A simple offer to remake the pizza or come up with resolution being that he's the GM would have resolved the matter entirely. Instead, the interaction left me feeling undervalued and dismissed. I'm not sure if this is a corporate or a franchise restaurant, but David apparently thinks you guys make enough money to lose a two-year customer because he cannot offer a resolution. I know I'm just one person, but you lose enough customers because a manager cannot come with the solution. I'm sure you won't be in business very long.
