I placed my order very early in the morning . They called me at 9:30 am about my order . I called…read morethem right back . They didn't answer until 10:00 am . They refused to credit me about one of the vape pens that was defective . Next , I told them I had a medical card , what kind they asked . So , it took me awhile , I downloaded it , sent it . I ordered $250 worth of items . I asked for delivery at 3:00 pm . They never showed up . At 4:30 pm they texted me about whether I wanted a new delivery . I responded they were supposed to be here at 3:00 pm . I will never use them again . I had been a really good customer . They were also rude on my phone call, I asked the person to let me finish talking , when he responded , I had interrupted him . REALLY . Never will use them again .

The owner of this place has gotten smeared a lot in the local media....people seem to think that the guy and this place seem "Kind of shady." I am inclined to agree. So, yeah. The place pretty much sucks. Unless you want to get ripped off, you are probably better going next door. In all fairness, the place next door is not the greatest club either. Personally, I would rather drive a little further into San Francisco. You will have to pay a bridge toll, but your money will go further once you get to a descent club. So between Going Green and Marin Holistic Solutions, MHS is strides ahead. Going Green will probably get shut down or go out of business on their own. Maybe they should relocate to Novato and compete with the club up there. They are about on the same level - mediocre quality products at inflated prices.

Nothing free, promotional on the first visit. I had never experienced that before. You usually get a "free" cookie or something, especially for $65.00! This place will be shut down soon I'm sure.
