Today I received my delivery and the product was not sealed. When I opened it in front of the driver I said "It's so small" regarding the amount of product in the unsealed jar. I weighed it and sure enough it's one gram short. I paid $100 for 3.5 grams and only got 2.5g. I called right away to voice my concern and now 3 hours later I still haven't gotten my callback from Justice, the manager. I waited as long as I could, what a joke. She began the call chastising me for sending an email requesting product inventory, availability, and purchase day/time. Her words were, "you are not to send us emails asking about products". Started ordering here for SIP. I like that you can place an order online or call in. The customer service from the drivers has always been awesome. Lowest minimum order I've seen in Marin. However, they don't give you a time range of when the order might be delivered until after it is placed, which can be frustrating if you're not going to be home all day, and their inventory is real hit and miss.. no guarantee what you ordered last time will be there the next time you order. read more

I am super mad because marin gardens doesn't do refunds or exchanges. They do state this and I read it but it makes me mad because the products I bought didn't work. I got 2 salves (topical CBD) and a cream and they did nothing to alleviate my rheumatoid arthritis. I would expect an exchange at least from a reputable company but no. Spent 60$ and nothing. Maybe I'm new to this and I have to use a large amount of the cream. I will try that but I'm basically pissed. There competitor Delta11 does do refunds and exchanges by the way. Are they (marin gardens) just making so much money with there buds that they don't have to actually do good customer service. Pissed, in San Rafael. Edit, a few days later. I talked to my cannabis dr. and he said you need to put the topical creams on every 1/2 hour or once an hour to make them work. He didn't tell me that at first in his office. Also it doesn't mention that on the product directions. I'm going to try that. I'm changing my one star to 3 stars because this isn't marin gardens fault.
