I was really swindled. I called and asked to reorder the same chewable I've ordered from them on many occasions. My usual order is for 10 mg THC. The woman said no problem however we don't have that flavor I'll have to switch it to a different flavor. I said no problem, they delivered the product, it was a revised flavor but both packets were only 5 mg each. I called and explained the error and ask for them to exchange it. That response was no deal, we can't take back any products. I said you don't need to take it back just exchange it for my normal order of 10 mg. They refused and actually told me all I had to do was take two gummies instead of one. Fine, then refund half my money. Again no deal. Love this company! Super sweet workers all the way around. They delivered to me and accidentally forgot one of my items so they told me they'd bring it back right away. There was a mix up between the deliverer and the phone number system (the deliverers don't actually get your really phone #, it's like a middle man phone # if that makes sense) and so he wasn't able to get ahold of me. He was downstairs w my missing item and i had no idea. Eventually the company called me and we straightened it all out. They offered me a certain percentage off of my next purchase, which i really appreciated.
