Love this company! Super sweet workers all the way around. They delivered to me and accidentally forgot one of my items so they told me they'd bring it back right away. There was a mix up between the deliverer and the phone number system (the deliverers don't actually get your really phone #, it's like a middle man phone # if that makes sense) and so he wasn't able to get ahold of me. He was downstairs w my missing item and i had no idea. Eventually the company called me and we straightened it all out. They offered me a certain percentage off of my next purchase, which i really appreciated. I was able to meet up with my delivery man and receive my missing item and then he personally offered to throw in a discount and a free item on my next purchase.
