A time was had! Clean establishment, good vibes, great DJ, and the Twisted Tejano food truck has some great brisket and ribs. The owners are great people and the security is on point. Parking is exceptional and the parking lot is well lit. Drinks are reasonably priced and good. We will be back!

Great dance floor with fantastic AC!!!

Dance class not well organized. The cover is high, and no live band. Start the dance class earlier.

It's the sister property to a larger sports venue next door. You will only find the name of the lounge written on the entry door. My visits were driven by a desire for a place to have a coupe of drinks and enjoy some music and the Lounge at Six works for me. The bartender did an excellent job on the cocktails and single handed served the entire room. You can order food (Thai Cuisine) that comes from the sports bar next door. Thai food at a sports bar isn't typical but the menu is large and I haven't found an item I didn't thoroughly enjoy. If you don't want the energy of a sports bar stick to the dark setting of the Lounge at Six.

I was in the lounge area and had read so many reviews and so wanted to give it a try. Though this strip center is surrounded by many restaurants. We tried Thai as it says it has authentic Thai. Hostess was nice, it was obviously open seating. Thai menu seemed elaborate and was taken by their chef, who was doing everything, looked like, cooking, serving etc. starters were ok, we got shrimp cake, and Thai dumplings. I won't order dumplings again. For entree we got Thai basil and drunken noodles or pad kee Mao. Not much spice or even hint of basil in Thai basil chicken. To my surprise noodles were thinnest version when pad kee Mao is basically and authentically made with wide rice noodles. So nothing more to say. Hope new restaurants keep short menu, but offer correct food instead of having everything and undermining guests.

If you like barbecue, bacon and sausage, then I suggest you try them Cowboy hotdog it's made with beef, smoked bacon, cheese sauce, crispy onion, bits, and barbecue sauce. One thing I like about this restaurant they bring food out piping hot! If you are at the bar say hello to John he was excellent. I also tried the Chili Idol hotdog and it reminded me of being a kid and getting a chili cheese dog! The freshly chopped onions topped it off! I am pleased with my dogs and @ 1/2 off on Wednesday it was awesome! This is a good place for groups to hangout and sample different beers and try different shareable's. I recommend this place. GN3

Menu was in a box after I entered through the doors. Ordered at the counter, took a table number, and found a seat at the side. Food was served to my table pretty quickly. Service staff were very friendly. My Chili Idol was very good. I loved everything about the Chili Idol - from the beef dog, to the chili, and to the bun. Everything was cooked well and the bun was perfect. Also got the Chili Cheese, but changed it to fries instead of tater tots. The seasoning on the fries were plenty, but went well with the side of cheese given. Parking is plenty here. Happy Hour all day at the bar!

A Beautiful Venue, Great Food & a Whole Vibe!…read more We visited The Roof for our Girlfriends NOLA Jill Scott Concert Brunch, and we had such a wonderful experience! First, the venue is absolutely beautiful. From the moment our group arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They made our group feel right at home, and that always makes a difference when you're traveling and celebrating with a large group of ladies. Now, let's talk about the FOOD! The brunch was served buffet-style, and I must say--everything I tried was delicious. There was a great variety, including fried chicken, catfish bites, seafood pasta, red beans and rice, vegetables, potatoes, spring rolls, fruit, and more. I enjoyed everything, but those fried catfish bites and seafood pasta were the standouts for me. I went back for seconds on both! And if I go back for seconds, you know it was good! The bartender deserves her flowers too! She was handling the crowd by herself and did a great job keeping things moving. Most importantly, the drinks were perfectly made. Nothing watered down or thrown together just because she was busy. And the DJ was definitely a vibe! The music added exactly the right energy to our brunch and had us enjoying ourselves before heading out for the Jill Scott concert. I also have to mention the owner is such a sweetie! Not to mention she's also from New Orleans! You could feel the hospitality, and we truly appreciated how well our Girlfriends NOLA group was treated. Thank you to The Roof for helping make our Houston weekend even more memorable. Between the beautiful venue, delicious food, good drinks, friendly staff, great music, and warm hospitality, we had a wonderful time. Girlfriends NOLA approved! We would absolutely visit again!
