My suggestion would be to hire some people that truly don't mine working in a customer service friendly environment. When I complained server said don't complain to them do a review. I truly hope management can rectify because I truly enjoy coming here because it is close to home and the food is awesome. My focus would be to have additional servers doing peak times and get some competent and friendly bartenders that can greet people with a smile and not treat them like they are the problem coming to spend their hard earned money. Tips are warranted when service is consistent.
