First time visitors and were pretty impressed. Heard they were expensive, but their specials made up for it (just be smart with your selections). My significant other and I enjoyed two 8-inch personal pizzas (specified as pepperoni but because she was a vegetarian was able to switch for mushroom) as well as 2 garden salads for $16. Oh, I forgot to mention that my 25oz Cutthroat microbrew was included! They also had several TVs with up-to-date sports casting. We used them as caterers for a work event and they really took care of us! The teriyaki chicken was delicious and their house potatoes were to die for. The caterers were made sure everything was just right. After the work event, I went for dinner and was even more impressed. I got the margherita pizza and was impressed with the freshness of the tomatoes and basil. I also got the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and it was incredibly tasty. The very first place I ever ate in Logan! I was in town for a job interview, and after landing the job I've been here two years now :-) I like this place it's good; it's not formal, but a great dinner night out with friends locale. The wife and I have gone here many times with other couples to enjoy the atmosphere, have some beverages and of course the pizza is good. Not amazing, but pretty good. They also do this really cool thing where if you can order and eat biggest pizza there oven can make which equates to five large pizzas, between two of you, you get I think pizza for a whole year and some other perks. Why you would want to attempt this I have no clue, as it would essentially be an eating contest. The most hilarious part was my wife saying: I could easily eat two pizzas, so all you have to do is eat three! So she's getting me into this and not willing to pull her own weight. Overall it's a very nice dining atmosphere. Not really a place to eat on the run. It's one of those sit down restaurants where you bring friends and just take your time. Unless if you order it to go but where's the fun in that. They had a big menu. I was expecting it to be like firehouse subs but it's completely different. This restaurant is mom and pop owned. Firehouse subs is a chain restaurant and has nothing in common. The interior was still very creative. The staff did an excellent job overall and I have no complaints. I recently moved here from Arizona, and Firehouse Pizzeria has become a family favorite. This was one of the first restaurants we tried in Logan, and we instantly loved it! My parents visited Italy a few years ago, and have been searching for pizza even kind of similar -- this is one of the few places that compares! They cook their pizza in stone-fired ovens, rather than conventional ovens. I always get the margherita or barbecue chicken pizza, it never disappoints. Additionally, customer service is always top tier. The waitresses are extremely helpful, and there is never a long wait for food! Not to mention the delectable fh'zookies and cheese bread. The atmosphere is also so fun -- walls are decorated with local high school jerseys. The menu is very inclusive. There's something for my picky little brother, and gluten free options for my mom. It's typical for me to take home leftovers from restaurants, and completely forget about them; however, I always look forward to eating my Firehouse leftovers. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, and my favorite Logan pizza place! I always leave with a great experience and a full stomach! read more

We live in Smithfield, so we rarely go to the firehouse in Logan. We have not been to the newer location. The decor was the same as the old location, but a much smaller space. After our plans changed, we went to pick up our online order and asked if we could eat in the restaurant . We were happy to tip the server for our full meal price and bonus- they wouldn't have to do any work, we just wanted to be able to sit and eat. We would have happily ordered more drinks or garlic bread or whatever, but we were told this against their policy. When I asked if I could speak with the manager, I was told by Marcie that there was nothing she could do, we just had to leave with our food. When I asked if we could cancel the online order and just order there she said that they had no control over that and we would have to try to get ahold of the third party they use to do their online orders and the refund would take a while. When I asked if she had any contact info for them, she did not. After you place an order online, there is NO info or anyway to cancel or receive a refund. Marcie then left and hid in the back sending out another serve, Abby, to tell us that we were "being mean". Since when did patronizing a business and trying to find a mutually beneficial solution qualify as being mean?!?! Since when did telling your paying customers they were mean become a thing? I guess covid didn't strike this place too hard at all. They must have customers to spare! The real kicker was that they totally screwed up the order. Sending us with a cheese pizza (that made my daughter sick after eating) when we had ordered a triple meat pizza....but turning our car around at that point wasn't even worth it. The pizza was mediocre at best. There are far too many better pizza options in Logan to waste your money here. Jacks just up the way is phenomenal. read more

Service was quick and pleasant but server did not know much about her menu. I ordered the Spinach Chicken Pizza which could have been amazing but instead was just OK. They covered the base with diced garlic, making it bitter, then were stingy with the cheese which would have balanced the heavy garlic. We ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza and regular foccacia bread for takeout. The pizza was terrible. I don't usually leave negative reviews, or any reviews. But it was just terrible. The crust was actually the best part of the pizza, which is not saying much. It was spongy and weird, but maybe that's typical of gluten-free bread/crust. The cheese was congealed, even though I live less than 2 minutes from the location. More importantly, the cheese was basically tasteless. There was no visible sauce on the pizza -- I had to actually remove the cheese to find any sauce. And yet somehow the sauce had such a strong sweetness to it that it overwhelmed the taste of every bite. It was really sweet; it was the only thing we could taste. We haven't tried their regular (not gluten-free) pizza, but given the terrible sauce and cheese, I can't imagine a regular cheese pizza would be any better. The foccacia bread was fine, at best. It was much denser than any foccacia bread I've ever had, and had minimal flavor. It is supposed to come with garlic butter and cheese on top. I didn't taste any garlic, and I assume the minimal cheese was the same tasteless cheese from the pizza. They were, overall, worse than breadsticks from any of the main national takeout pizza places. The alfredo sauce that came with it tasted like milk -- almost entirely tasteless. The roasted garlic marinara sauce was decent, though. I will not go back. read more

Warning: I plan to gush! But don't worry, this 5 star rating was well earned and I will tell you exactly why. The food is fantastic (and at a GREAT price)! I've been a number of time and the pizza is incredible, but I usually get a grilled chicken salad. They have amazing salads. I have been a number of times, and always been very pleased, but never possessed to take my time to write a review until now. But last night, I experience the HEIGHT of dining out experiences, because we were a group from hell. Seriously, every server's worst nightmare. We had six adult and six-hundred children (give or take - I'm estimating based on noise) and two babies. Our server Ben was fast, efficient, nice, and really cool with the kids. One kid didn't get his pizza when the food came out (understandable with zillions of kids) and he grabbed some foccia bread for him while he waited. We were given everything we needed and more and if any of this was difficult for our server, he didn't show it for one second. At the end of our meal he gave all the kids creamies or ice cream sandwiches! As a former server, I would have HATED taking care of our party! --Oh, did I mention it was kids eat free night? :)-- Our total bill for our family of 5 came to $11 and we all had more than enough to eat and took home leftovers. Like I said, as a server this sucks!! But he was so pleasant and above and beyond the call of pizza in every way. Incredible. Worst experience ever. After being seated at a wonderfully sticky table, my boyfriend and I got our drinks some....7 minutes later (that's not too bad) however, the cream soda I received had wayyyy to much syrup in it, giving me an almost instant headache from the sugar overload. I ordered a pepperoni gluten free pizza with light sauce and my boyfriend ordered pasta. I understand they were busy, so I won't complain too much about the wait. When we received our food, we were both less than impressed. My pizza had the dough similar to that of a pillsbury crust that comes in the can. The edges were hard as rock and burnt, the middle was mushy. The small pieces that fabricated the whole pizza were slathered in sauce, much to my dismay. After most of my toppings sliding off the mushy crust courtesy of the sauce slide, I finally managed a good bite. It tasted ok, but not great. My boyfriend's pasta was literally just a pile of noodles with tomato paste dropped onto it. Needless to say, we were both disappointed. The gluten free snickerdoodle was pretty good though. I have been to two other firehouse pizzerias (garden city and ogden) and they were terrible.. it must be a difference in the staff working because it took forever and the food was horrible. I loved it the first time I went! Raved about how great it was to friends and family, now I wish I hadn't. I was disappointed last time I went because the food I ordered to go was not what I ordered and we were celebrating our anniversary...however I let it go and moved on. I ordered to go again tonight and was sorely disappointed when ordering because I was ordering "to go" I can't do any specials or deals, and the girl on the phone was quite a snot. I also might comment that I ordered 2 kids meals paying full price but did not receive the drinks and deserts that go with them, my kids were sad they didn't get their treat. read more

I just watched servers pick through someone's to-go order with their bare hands before sealing it up and bagging it. At the same time, a second server picked a bunch of ingredients out of a pasta dish with her bare hands before the pizza chef put a heap of shredded cheese on top of it and fired it into the oven. I had a hair on my plate underneath my pizza and didn't eat the meal for which I paid. My family will never dine here again! We are regular customers, and I am appalled at the lack of proper and sanitary food handling skills at this restaurant. My friend and I had lunch here today, the food was great as always, but the service was horrible. The worst service I've ever had at Firehouse. It took forever for the server to do anything, she was slow coming to our table to get our orders, took forever to get our drinks and the salads took 10 minutes for her to make and bring to us. The pizza followed shortly after the salads and it was warm, but not hot, so it had been sitting. It also was not busy. My friend was seated so she could see the hostess station and our server was too busy chatting with the host to bother being an efficient and great server. She checked on us after we were finished and did not ask if we wanted refills. We left the money on the table when she brought the checks or we would have been there another 20 minutes while she continued her conversation with the host. When I return to Firehouse and am told that Tawny will be my server I will request another station. read more

I got some pizza from here a few days ago and I have to say it was kind of a lackluster experience. The problem wasn't with the staff, it was with the pizza. Now I'm not expecting some high end food and I will say that some of the pizzas are pretty decent, but some pizzas aren't so good. Their pepperoni pizza wasn't all that impressive, for a start the pepperoni lacked flavor and most importantly it lacked that little bit of kick that you would expect from any good pepperoni. My next complaint is the biggest fault in all of the red sauce pizzas, the sauce is too sweet I almost want to say that it's just some tomato paste with some salt thrown in. It's not a proper sauce I could hardly taste any garlic or any other Italian herbs that you would expect. I suspect it's because the farther you go in the US the less complexity and flavor the dishes have. My next problem would be that some of the pizzas have too much sauce on them and the fact that the sauce is to sweet doesn't help their case, it also doesn't help that the sauce soaked into the dough of the pizza, I'm certain that the sauce is too runny or watered down, now that I think about it, it kind of tastes like the sauce has tomato juice added for flavor. Overall depending on the pizza you can get some decent stuff. read more

Went into Firehouse at what seemed to be a slower period for them, I visit firehouse often because their lunch special is such a great deal! However I went in after the lunch period, I explained to my server (Tawnee was her name, she was the Head Server) what I usually get for lunch, and with out question she knew exactly what I wanted and was absolutely a delight to have as my server. What really amazed me was watching their night staff come in and all start working together as a team with out hesitation. It looked as they were preparing a LARGE order for something and as each employee came on shift, they all started to help each other out. Labeling boxes, putting them in bags ect. Over all it seemed like a well put together crew with a good understanding of their tasks and duty's. Tawnee even offered me a free cookie dessert to leave a review (I was going to anyway because I was so impressed). I love firehouse and will continue to give them my business. read more

We (about 20 of us) were enjoying a sweet little baby shower, when they came in to inform us they overbooked the room, and a party of 48 was waiting to be seated where we were. We still had that room reserved for an hour longer! It wasn't even 5 minutes later, a girl comes in with a black tub, and starts clearing the tables!! Seconds later, two other girls come in and shouted, asking us what they could carry to the smaller booth they had now set up for us. We quickly asked for boxes before our uneaten food was taken from us. Our waiter comes back and asks how the checks will be handled. By this time a good majority of our group had had enough and wanted to leave. My poor friend whom the shower was for, was rushed to say goodbye to friends she hadn't seen in years. After about 15 minutes at our new table, our waiter finally came to check on us, and asked if we'd like more drinks (he now was taking care of our group and the party of 48). Absolutely ridiculous!!! By that time, we were all done and wanted to get out of there. Obviously numbers matter at this place, bigger groups out win the smaller. Nothing was offered to fix the issue THEY created. Even a small discount off our food would have been nice. Oh, and food was only so-so. I had a puddle of oil at the bottom of my pasta dish. Party at Firehouse? Yeah, I'll pass. read more
