How can something this important be overlooked by management? The cleaning schedule posted on the restroom door indicates the restroom is being maintained regularly, but the actual condition does not reflect that. If the schedule is being signed off daily, then why are the restrooms in this condition? Customers depend on businesses to maintain proper sanitation standards. We trust that the food we bring home is being prepared in a clean environment. Seeing restrooms in this state raises serious concerns about overall cleanliness and management oversight. What concerns me even more is accessibility. I would never feel comfortable bringing a blind person into a restroom like this. Many blind individuals rely on touch to navigate and use restroom facilities safely. Unsanitary conditions create an unacceptable health risk for them and for everyone else. I previously worked at Chick-fil-A, where restroom cleanliness was taken seriously. Bathrooms were cleaned and checked throughout the day, and it showed. Comparing that experience to what I observed here is disappointing. Please address this issue immediately. Clean restrooms are not optional--they are a basic expectation for employees, customers, and the public.
