If managing delivery platforms is a challenge, it may be worth reconsidering your presence on them, or at minimum keeping your available inventory accurate. Waking up to a cancelled order that was placed 8 hours in advance, for a birthday, is a frustrating experience that could have easily been avoided. Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. If in-person dining is where you truly shine, that is worth leaning into. After a few years of going from time to time I've decided to write a review because they have now become one of my least favorite businesses I have ever bought from. They never have more than 20% of their bagel flavors by noon. They don't make more because they make them the day before. They have had this problem for years and still have non increased the amount of bagels they make the day before. I don't know why they stay open until 3. The employee was rude when I asked about the Asiago. It was as if I was crazy for thinking their menu would still be available. I ordered a spinach bagel (one of 4 options) and instead I got a cinnamon bagel with chive cream cheese. I didn't want to call because I was mad but my wife insisted we get a refund. When I called for my refund I commented on the lack of bagel flavors and the employee told me they make them the day before. I asked why they don't make more since they are always running out.
