My husband and I stopped here for sandwiches along a 6 hour drive home back to northern Utah. We received great service from Deborah and Brandy, who assembled our sandwiches with love and also made very friendly conversation. If I could put zero I would. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. I went to get them and got home to a sandwich made wrong with something I'm allergic to. I called the store to see if they could re make it or refund me. The girl said she was a manager wouldn't give her name and from the second I said something was wrong she got very defensive and said she knew how to make sandwich's and knows she didn't mess it up maybe someone else did. I said it was no big deal as my husband's sandwich had the peppers on them. She continued to be absolutely rude and kept asking me why I needed her name. I said so I can refer who I was talking to when I come in and get a new sandwich or refund. She continued to be very very rude. Ordered a footlong Spicy Italian, wheat bread, sin queso, toasted with onions, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, olives, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Middle-of-the-road experience as far as Subways go, and I've been to plenty. Fine customer service. Forgettable. Right next to the Walmart and everything else that exists on Apple Maps here in town. However, the following day, after half a spliff and an edible, I was watching Mission:Impossible up in Brian Head when I remembered I'd gotten sick about ten minutes after eating the first half (not related) and left the second half in the AirBnB fridge here in Brian Head. Never have I been so happy in Brian Head. I almost threw it in the microwave, but my girl saved me from the peril of a warm and soft sub and recommended I use the toaster oven that was so generously provided by our AirBnB hosts. By the way, I just remembered "I Will Buy You A New Life" by Everclear was playing in the Subway which brought me back to my early Subway days in CA circa '97. To spruce things up, I slapped a piece of vegan cheese on the remaining half and popped it in the toaster oven. Burned the top a bit because I put it on "toast" but I added Cholula hot sauce to it too and it turned out to be one of the best day-old half-a-footlong's I've ever had. As far as subway restaurants go this one is pretty darn good! I got an Italian BMT salad with pretty much all of the toppings. Manager was the only one working and I went there about an hour before they closed. She was extremely nice to me and we had a fantastic conversation. When I got back to my hotel my salad was perfectly made and I have zero complaints. If I was in the area again I would totally go back. read more

The meal was great and everyone in my family was satisfied. Though as soon as we walked in there was a very unwelcoming tone from the two women employees. When our orders were taken, it felt rushed. This was around 7:00pm and it was dead. We were the only customers in there for a good 10 minutes. We barely could look at the menu to figure out what we'd like to eat. We addressed this to one of the workers and she adjusted. Though, the customers after us received better service. Staff were super nice! Food was good, actually--for a subway--the veggies were on the fresher side! The Guacamole was also decent (for fast food). Had the apple slices instead of chips and I was happy to see that they were not browned (#bless ). Overall a good Subway with some nice folks behind the counter. Always a plus. read more
