I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. There is a young Black woman who works at this location who consistently goes above and beyond. I don't know her name, but she has such a warm spirit that it leaves an impression every time I visit. Every time I've come in, she's been friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Even when the restaurant is busy, she keeps a positive attitude and makes customers feel valued. It's rare to find employees who bring that kind of energy to work every day.Managers often hear complaints, but I hope they hear this too: employees like her deserve to be appreciated. She is professional, hardworking, and one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to this location. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves employees like her are worth keeping. read more

So glad there's a Cupbop in Cedar City!! What a delightful suprise!! Cupbop is one of the top favorite fast food places to go. The food is flavorful and incredibly satisfying. We particularly love the Rock Bop and Krunch Bop! They're standout favorites! They have a flavor scale ranging from spicy to sweet, and we only like doing level 1 spice. After a long day visiting Zion, my cousin wanted to bring us here to try the place out. Mind you, we're visiting from CA. About two large tables fit 4 people in each and a smaller one by the register. I didn't know what I was expecting but I opted for the combo (chicken and beef). The bowl included the proteins of choice, rice, noodles, cabbage mix, and choice of spice level. My bowl was too sweet for my liking and felt like it had too much mayo. Solid fast food for the price. It's Korean food in a cup, but not all their food us equal. They DROWN the food in sauce which means you'll mostly not taste the noodles or meats unless they're fried. Avoid the BBQ pork for this reason but the fried chicken and katsu are solid choices. It's really ashame you can't taste anything besides sauce. Try the combo bowl if you've never been here before. There are only two tables to eat inside at this location. The spicy level of 7.5 is advertised as their choice for spice, but know that it's quite spicy if you aren't used to spicy foods. read more

The other reviews kind of made me laugh. First, you choose your level of spicy so if your food is bland it's your own fault. I have lived in Korea, so I know what it should taste like and what "spicy" can potentially mean! I ordered a level 3 and it definitely had a kick. The "meal" comes with 3 mandu (dumplings) so that guy just didn't read the menu... As for the family who threw out their food and "went to ninja" my guess is they went because the own it or something. We will for sure stop here again. We drive from LA to Montana a few time a year. It was good, quick, right off the freeway, easy to eat in the car, inexpensive, and way healthier than McTacoKing. Don't leave fake reviews A Japanese steakhouse is a completely experience, cuisine, and price point (!) than Korean fast casual. This was our first time so my husband and I each got a Combo Bop so we could try the different proteins. Katsu chicken, Rock Chicken, BBQ beef & BBQ Pork were tried and shown in the order of how I rank their taste. Wished the beef had a little sear/charring on it but it was good tasting as served. I think I'll stay at the Medium sauce level going forward as it was just right. The noodles, rice and cabbage worked well with the various proteins we chose. I usually don't leave reviews, but today, I felt compelled. I had just returned from cupbop after getting a togo order. The food is good, but the staff needs help drastically. When it was my turn to order, the girl was very quiet and I had to lean in to hear her. She didn't ask if I wanted a receipt either. On the other hand, I had ordered 5 potstickers with my meal and when I got home, opened the box... it was 3. Just wanted to leave this, so they can improve. Save your money. I do not recommend. Food was bland,respectfully . Definitely overhyped. I ordered the 2 snow chicken bowl (level 6 sauce) and a corn dog. The total I spent $30 with a tip. The manager Whitney was rude and had poor customer service . She ignored me to talk to someone in the back when assisting me. She also said she couldn't do anything for me when I told her I wasn't happy with my order. The best she could do was give me a better sauce recommendation for next time.
