The sandwich as a whole was great tasting and I would order it again. The customer service was outstanding. We were greeted immediately and the lady at the register that took our drink order was very friendly and we learned we were not the only ones to bring to her attention that you could not add a drink in the app to your order. . Lady is pretty rude with how she acted, not the first time we've been here and felt its not a friendly firehouse like all the others we've been to. Simply asked for the cup I purchased and because I used their new kiosk she said I had to wait for my order to be completely done. But had I ordered at the counter i would have immediately received it like the lady who came in after me. I was one of two people in the store late afternoon. also something seemed quite off when walking into the restaurant. boxes randomly all over. I've always liked Firehouse subs but lately this one in particular has been an absolute train wreck. As a door dasher and someone who has ordered from here multiple times, I'll likely never be back. They have had several instances of orders piling up to the point that people aren't getting their food for 20-30 minutes or longer and I've had to cancel taking orders as a dasher because the wait was too long. They have a lot of younger employees now but half of them look lost so I blame more of the training, Also there is one lady in particular (bigger woman with tattoos) who is extremely pushy and borderline rude. You help run a sandwich shop lady, you're not a drill sergeant in the army. Smile and try to be more polite. But yeah hopefully things change with either management or procedure cause they are getting nowhere fast. read more

I always get the hook and ladder with everything on it. It's my favorite. I will go out of my way for a fire house sub.

I was on tour with my band and stopped here for a sandwich about 45 minutes before close and I was talked down to and treated poorly. I left feeling disrespected but the sandwich was great so I kept it moving but I just remembered how rude the woman who took my order was. When I asked for sauce she told me I could only have a couple, & That I had to pay two dollars for extra. She was rude as all get out. It sucks because I donated to the EMS fund. Never going to firehouses again. read more

Don't order the Chili and probably the Mac n cheese. Why? A cup is not a cup. A "Cup" of chili is about 4 to 6oz. A bowl is not a bowl. A "Bowl" of chili is a cup, about 8oz. I measured it when i got home thinking they had made a mistake and called the store. They said we don't make the rules or the sizes. (True) So I said a cup is not a cup, and a bowl is NOT a bowl but a cup? They said ...Wait for it...... Yep. Anyboby see anything wrong with this? I do. Order a cup, get 4 to 6oz. Place is garbage. Called in a pick up order and when I walked in the place was filled with smoke because they must've burned a sandwich. When I got home to give my family their sandwiches, 2/4 of them were the wrong sandwiches. Not two seconds upon entering this establishment, I heard "hi, welcome to firehouse" and immediately felt pampered. Not many restaurants go the extra mile to make customers feel welcomed. The line was fairly long but I gave my order within five minutes and had my food within ten. The environment was sanitary and neat. The ambiance had a firehouse-theme (big surprise). The sandwiches are large and filled with substance, not 60% bread like most fast food. Super friendly staff, I cannot stress that enough because I do not encounter this kind generous friendliness in most restaurants. The only reason it does not get five stars from me is because the organization of tables could have been better and they are always out of pickle buckets when I go haha nothing big but it has a little room for improvement read more

Every time I come in the store there are a couple of unprofessional teens behind the counter that always mess up my sandwich. My husband came in today and told me he had the same problem. The worst run in was last week when I came in there was a teen of which the manager had to keep telling to stay inside and another teen just staring off into the distance. I asked to speak to the manager and I was greeted by a kind young lady aged around 19 or 20, she told me her name was Ronnie and that she was trying her best to keep the teens under control, she was very composed and calm but I could tell she was stressed. She and another young black male were the only two to keep it professional. It seems as though this firehouse location needs to do a better job of hiring employees. The only reason I am giving three stars and not one is because of the manager talking to me and de-stressing the situation. I promised her I wouldn't give a bad review but I'm sorry to her, these employees have got to do better!! read more

Firehouse subs are great. The employees are friendly, the food is great, and they donate to local fire departments - hard to beat that! This location and the other one in Daphne are owned by the same guy, and I tend to hit both locations pretty often. I prefer this place to Subway because I like their roast beef sandwiches. Oh, and they have really good (i.e. lots of sugar) sweet tea! read more

Let's start by saying I love firehouse subs.... this one... never again- my salad had rotten lettuce, tea canister empty, drink machine missing over half the choices, floors filthy and tables needing to be cleaned while 2 people work... the other 3-4 are standing around chatting in the back. The sub was made wrong.... And for some reason my salad was made with all the toppings on the bottom. Won't be visiting this one again! read more

Pretty good sandwiches. Way better than Subway that is for sure. They are a solid choice for a sandwich on the go at lunch.
