Turkey and provolone, my favorite sandwich
    Kathleen H.

The employees here are rude, they never speak to ME when I enter the store however....you can imagine the rest. I always order online and pickup inside, the first time was ok, the second time, maybe they were busy and no one noticed me when I walked in. Today was the 3rd time and there was one gentleman ahead of me and he was seated, 2 people walked in after me and they were both greeted. I was asked if I had an online order, I said yes and gave my name. I was told, "you'll have to get the chips yourself" that's awful customer service. Not even a thanks for coming in, nothing but rudeness!

If you have looked at my reviews, I don't review chains for the most part. I was out today and just needed something quick. This location is new and I had never been to a Jersey Mikes so I thought I would give it a try. WOW. I was blown away by the friendliness and patience of the staff. The bread is so good and baked fresh every day. They receive all of their produce "whole" and slice or chop it each day. The part that really blew me away was that they cut the meat and cheese to order. I had #13, The Original Italian. It has provolone cheese and 5 different meats. Do that is 6 different cuts. I chose the Rosemary Parmesan bread and it was fresh and has just the perfect chew! Oh, also they actually have a flat top griddle. If you order a hot sandwich, it really is cooked. No microwave like machine, no conveyor belt, they really cook it. I went with a traditional cold sub this time, looking forward to trying something hot next time, which won't be long from now! Finally, I ordered the regular (over 7 inches) and could only eat half. The mini is about 4 1/2 inches, the giant is 13" or so. Enjoy!

I can't believe I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time ever. It won't be the last time. I was slightly overwhelmed at first. I mean, did I want an Italian club, a Philly cheese steak, a roast beef with provolone? I settled on the chicken Philly and it was fresh and delicious. I'll have to admit, it was hard to pass up a sandwich with the meat sliced right there when you order it. I'll be going back for the Italian club sandwich soon. I know it will be easy to talk the hubs into going because he wants to try a Reuben. The service was friendly and our order came out quickly, before we even poured our drinks and sat down, in spite of them being super busy. I think we only paid about $25 for lunch.

The place is a meat lover's daydream--goat, Wagyu beef, turkey, and more cuts of steak and chicken than you can shake a cast-iron skillet at. And the best part? Prices that don't make you wince on the way to the register. We sampled our way through like it was our civic duty, and every bite backed up the hype. The Italian cotechino sausage ended up pulling double duty--first in a pot of collard greens that could make a preacher shout, and then in a potato hash that was nothing short of sinful. The olives? Lord have mercy. Worth the stop all by themselves. Now let's talk atmosphere. This place looks like a gas station that found religion and got saved by a butcher block--and I mean that as the highest compliment. It's got character, grit, and just enough charm to make you want to hang around longer than you planned. Do yourself a favor: don't just think about going--go. Make the trip, take the detour, tell whoever's with you they'll thank you later. And for the love of all things good and right, get the tuna dip. I don't know what they're putting in it, but it ought to be studied by scientists

A Reuben sanwich, cuban sanwich, springhill turkey and bacon sandwich. All of us enjoyed our sandwich. He said the bread would not be exact as the bread is hard to get up here. He was correct, the bread was tasty though and the sandwich was tasty. The place was just getting started for the day but pretty busy at Noon on Saturday and a little on the quiet side. Everyone here was very friendly, Bob even came by to see how the cuban sanwich tasted. A great service touch point. We will be back.

We're not usually soda drinkers, but we decided to try the house-made root beer, served in a frosted glass. It was incredible--rich, refreshing, and unlike any root beer we've had before. The kind gentleman who took our order was genuinely delighted to see how much we enjoyed everything and even surprised us with a second root beer on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch.
