I visit this location at least once a week as it is my current pregnancy craving. Since the meat is steamed, it is a safe option. Tanika and the team is beyond accommodating and friendly. I've ordered a variety of subs including hook & ladder, honey ham, meatball and the engineer. Everything is always fresh and satisfying! I recently did a 100 sub order for staff appreciation day at my job. The catering from start to finish was superb! My usual sub is the Hook & Ladder, but this time I wanted to try something different...I went with a medium Italian sub which consist of sliced Genoa salami, pepperoni, Virginia honey ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, Italian dressing and seasoning. I omitted the onions and made it a combo by adding chips and a drink. There was only a few people dining inside so I felt comfortable chilling at the restaurant for a while. First time visiting this firehouse, very good impression with my overall experience. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very respectful and friendly. The menu is very easy to understand and there are many choices. I ordered the medium Italian sub to go and I was pleasantly surprised with my order. Wow, $29 for 2 combos-I guess I haven't eaten out or for subs in a minute. We ordered turkey bacon ranch -no onions, tomatoes or ranch dressing, Doritos and medium sprite and a Jamaican jerk turkey-no onion, cheddar sour cream chips and med. diet Dr Pepper. Manager had to recharge or sinc the pop machine because half or the sodas were unavailable, a newbie, and 2 other staff present. I forgot to say cold not toasted, so when the rolls can out of toaster, he put back into bag ( I guess to use them again). Look, I'm a Firehouse super fan. Before I moved to Broward, there were NO Firehouses anywhere near me. So, now that I've moved to Hollywood, I was very stoked that I had one fairly closet to my new home. However, the reason I'm giving this particular establishment 3 stars is based on the men that were working there on Sunday afternoon. There was nothing wrong with our orders or service, it was just more about the professionalism they portrayed. While eating our fresh sandwiches, my friend and I had to, unfortunately, listen to a couple of the guys making the sandwich, loudly talk about their hookups in quite graphic detail the night before. There were only about 4 other customers in the entire store and there was no TV or anything on. I wasn't even sitting that close to the working station, but I could hear their entire conversation. I didn't appreciate hearing the "N" word every other few seconds along with girls they had gotten laid by at 3 AM. The best thing about the parking out front of the store. Also you can walk right in no wait. So placed my order for a sandwich to go. Well of course to go it's a pandemic! I order the sandwich two persons behind the counter. One takes orders and the other makes the sandwich. Unfortunately even tough only one in store the order still didn't come out as ordered. There was one plus to this entire experience I didn't have to cook. Once home we realize sandwich was smaller than ordered also missing the condiments. Would I go back? They welcome me to Firehouse, which lets me know they want my business! I ordered the Large Smokehouse Beef and cheddar, on white with extra sauce,& and Onions! The manager was working the register and informed me about the round up program! When you round up you get a refillable cup! When you bring it back you get a discount on your drinks # winning! My sandwich was made to order ( MTO) quickly and perfectly! I grabbed my chip choice and dug in. I appreciated that they guys checked on me to make sure my sandwich was to my liking! The level of customer service here was awesome, something that we don't see nowadays. I appreciated everything from the warm welcome to have a good night when I left. We placed our order and the employees just looked around and no one started after I asked who will be making the subs While waiting we noticed our receipt didn't have the sub names we ordered. When I said something they said it's the same price and will remake them. Hmmm .. now we wait another 20 min I asked to please make sure they put pickles since the receipt said no pickles even though we didn't say no pickles. I asked for spicy sauce. A generous 3*..... Recently visited this location for quick lunch in person. Staff of 3 were friendly and courteous. Plenty of convenient parking available. We ordered a couple of sub sandwiches. One was fine and tasted very good. The other (pastrami) had too much fat that should have been trimmed off. My friend removed the fat by hand. Otherwise, the sandwich tasted good. We thought it took an excessive amount of time to prepare two sandwiches in an empty restaurant. A few empty tables had visible bread crumbs from prior guests that could have been wiped off. Firehouse Subs has great warm subs with an awesome hot sauce bar. I usually end up ordering the Engine company sub, which is just a turkey and roast beef warm sandwich. It's always tasty and I like the pickle (always crunchy) and variety of sauces I can choose from to accompany my sub. There's an option to add a cookie or chips and a drink and the portion is usually pretty filling. This location specifically gives a very healthy portion, and the service is great! I've only been here once, but everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful and made my sandwich lunch experience enjoyable. Love me a good sandwich. I highly recommend! read more

Service was very poor at this store. I went through Door Dash and items were missing from my order. I ordered a brownie and was told that because of the brownie was frozen I was not given the brownie but the money was taken. It wasn't until I call that they made the effort to want to refund my money. They wanted me to give my credit card information over the phone which I refused to do.
