Very loud experience due to their poor vacuum and on May 15th I was with some friends in the chick fil a parking lot at 10:18PM and was being harassed by a elderly man and Chick-Fil-a employees did nothing but watch and let the situation escalate. So I ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and the clerk stopped me and urgently needed to know what kind of grilled chicken I wanted -- like I should have known enough to tell her. I've never been asked this before here -- ever. This is fine but the clerk's tone was snotty. Talking to customers that way loses them. My company often orders from this busy location, and they go above and beyond for all orders. Everything is packaged perfectly, tastes fresh, and is always delivered on time. I found out that we needed to feed 70 or so people this morning and reached out to Ricardo, who manages catering at the Aventura location. He turned around a perfect meal in two hours. My second time trying Chick Fil-A and first at this location. I know so many people that speak wonders about the chicken sandwich. Today I am going to give the sandwich a try even though I actually stopped by for something sweet. This is not a drive thru location. I sadly found out. The young lady outside verified it and told me I could also place an orders inside. As i drove up more. I saw the sign that indicated the curbside pick up app. I then saw parking for curbside and handicap, not very inviting for walk in lol. Inside the tables and chairs have been stock up on top of each other. There is no sitting inside not very inviting visually. It's pick up only. This is the ordering process. You walk up to the right there is two tables with workers taking orders. After you have place your order and paid you turn around and walk to the other side where you get a receipt. You then make a right turn and walk to the other side and wait at a window for your order. It was like an internal walking drive thru experience. This is to funny. I can't believe I just did that. I recommend to use the curbside pick up better. I order the Chick Fi- A sandwich meal. The chicken was cooked well. It was juicy and it tasted good. The sandwich came in a bag that retained heat so the sandwich was nice and warm when I arrived home but soggie because of the moisture. The sandwich was good. The Waffle fries tasted ok. They where not crunchy. It was a good amount. I did not taste any seasonings but once I added salt it was good. The strawberry milkshake was nice and chocolaty. I enjoyed it. I tasted chocolate a little burst here and there of chocolate powder like it wasn't mixed well. The chicken nuggets I liked . This tiny chicken morsel where really tasty. Some had a little crunch I enjoyed. The sauce I picked was good it tasted like mixture of mustard mayo and ketchup. It was good and creamy. The staff was very helpful and nice. So today was in the area at lunch time and wanted to check out what all the hype is about. Sorta read in Yelp that they don't have drive thru in Aventura but thought I could get it inside. Well inside was odd as you can't sit down only order as they move you along quickly, but all the while being managed politely. I ordered the #1 didn't think this would be the time to try a salad. They thankfully had Diet Dr. Pepper so got that with the meal super quick at lunchtime and seemed very clean even though they are new. So once inside my car had a sip of my drink no issues and very refreshing not an overload of ice just the right amount. The fries shocked me waffle cut Wow! Ever so lightly sea salt just the right balance perfect not greasy tasted fresh also not over kill too many. Lastly the main event again big Wow! For a person that truly felt fast food was going to the dogs than this place came along. At a little under eight bucks worth every cent. Well I am truly a new fan!
