I usually buy New York strips, Ribeye Steaks and Brisket. I love looking at all of the cuts in the meat counter. They also have a great selection of sausage. The Jalapeno & cheddar is my favorite! The service is always friendly and the store well stocked. My last trip was for New York strip steaks. I also love their house blended rubs! There's almost nothing you can't find here. They have everything from duck to Turducken. Did I mention the rotisserie chicken or divine homemade pies? Peach & Apple all delicious. I had a few basic questions about their products and pricing, and it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking. There was little effort to explain options or provide recommendations. The store itself also seemed disorganized and not as clean as I would expect from a meat market. The display cases didn't look well-maintained, and some products appeared poorly labeled, making it hard to tell what I was purchasing. On top of that, the pricing didn't reflect the level of quality or service provided. I expected better overall professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return or recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service and store upkeep.

Delivery driver was somehow given an incorrect delivery address even though it was correct on the order and the store receipt. Cause an additional 20 minute delay getting my food. Once the driver found me, got back to my office only to discover the sandwich wasn't what I ordered. Not even close. Called the restaurant, spoke to someone who said they were the manager and told me I could come get a replacement sandwich (which I didn't have time to do, hence the delivery request). Then finally offered to refund my order. Guess what, didn't happen. No lunch, out $25 and will stick with their competitors going forward. Epic failure all around.!
