Great chain sandwich shop. It all starts with the bread and cuts of meat. Both are fresh, clean, and consistent throughout the country. Great Italian, Cajuan chicken, and brisket are my go-tos. They always have a great selection of sauces. I order Firehouse subs with a lot of training I host because each person gets a box which includes a sub, a skewered pickle, chips, and a drink. Service is always quick, friendly, and very helpful. This is a top-tier chain sandwich place. I'll continue to be loyal. read more

Food was great and quickly served. The only thing I am concerned about, is a young man (very polite and efficient). But, his very curly hair, hung in his face. The only thing keeping it out of his eyes was a visor cap. It barely kept his hair above his eyes. When I arrived there were 5-6 people in the seats, and the register was open. I placed an order for a single sandwich. Then I sat there and watched 15-20 sandwiches made and called out without hearing my order. When I asked, mine was still 7-8 down the list. Obviously my single sandwich order didn't mean anything to them. So slow. I had ordered the featured BBQ Cuban sandwich. The BBQ/mustard sauce didn't sound right, but to have the BBQ omitted the mustard was left off as well. The worst part was the steamed Cole Slaw. I like Cole Slaw on a pulled pork BBQ sandwich (Elvis Style), but this had gone through the steamer with the meat, totally ruined it. What a hot mess. read more

This was our first experience at this Firehouse location. We ordered online and all of our sandwiches had something wrong with them. The smoked turkey was the texture of mush (see photo)--the consistency of tuna; I had to smell it to make sure it wasn't tuna. To make matters worse, no one wanted onions yet two sandwiches had onions; wheat bread and white bread were on the wrong sandwiches. I could go on and on with all the mistakes made on our order. Paying $40 to have an inedible and inaccurate meal is beyond frustrating. We will never come back here; instead, we will go to the Ammon location. read more

I went to your store for the first time today. I was disgusted by the floors and lack of hygiene from your employees. All girls, with hair hangining down in their face. Garbage on the floor and under the pop machine. The lack of social distancing made me sick. None of the employees wore masks. I asked for no onions because I have an allergy and they proceeded to put onions on my food. I came back in to ask them to remake it and they questioned me and then acted put out by it. No customer service or hygiene makes this the worst sandwich shop I have been to. I hate that I spent money here or even went through the doors or this poorly run establishment. read more

Came in today. Let me tell you about this wonderful experience I had. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted with a "welcome to firehouse" with every employee I could see. The cashier was more than friendly helping me decide on what to order. I ended up going with the Turkey Bacon Ranch. This sandwich was outstanding! The meat and cheese just melted in my mouth after the explosion of flavor. All in all by far my favorite restaurant experience I've ever had I highly recommend!!! read more

Good food. I'd much rather come here over Subway or similar, and I like the variety. Prices seem a little expensive, though. For a medium sandwich with chips and drink, you're right around $11. I could get a burger at a sit down for that same price. Service is slow around lunchtime, but that might improve as they get going, since they just opened up. read more

My wide and I just went here tonight I gotta say better than subway by far!! My meatball sub was heavenly perfection and the Mac N' cheese was‍!! So the blonde hair girl that was working behind the counter she was super nice super friendly and has a cute smile! Anyways she did a great job and needs a damn raise! Her name is carlie! Place was pretty clean so no problem there! The staff that came in after carlie was super friendly and courteous! My wife really enjoyed her sub and soup as well meat was tender and really good and bun was soft. Over quality of food was 5 stars customer service was 5 stars cleanliness was 4.5 stars(this includes lobby, bathroom, behind the counter) appearance and ascetic 5 stars the fact that it's firefighter based makes it awesome. Now I just wish they had one in Rexburg closer to us. There's more things I'm gonna try on the menu at somepoint in the future. read more

Donating part of your proceeds to first responders is an amazing gesture and may be the only reason I come back. 1st how about a PB&J sandwich for the kiddos? 2nd of all when I asked for a plain cheese sandwich, to feed my kid and vegetarian wife, the gal behind the counter looked at me in shock and said "Ew, who would eat that?" I said, "You've never had a cheese sandwich?" And she responded, "Ew that's gross". I get the fact that most people eat meat, but your a sandwich shop. We stopped at this Firehouse Subs on our way to Island Park. We were very uncomfortable in this restaurant, NO ONE was wearing a mask. Not even the customers sitting and waiting! Terrible customer service. Never been there before so decided to try it. Walked in and was instantly asked if we had an online order which I replied I did not. That's all any of the 4 employees said to us as I stood there with my wife looking at the menu. One other customer in there who was already sitting at table. No response as they didn't ask me if I had any questions, if I've been in there before, that they'll be right with me....nothing. I walked right up to the counter looking at menu and a gal employee was right there. Still nothing said. I thought I'd try them, but first impressions are everything in having a customer come back.
