Really great burgers and yummy fries. The Duke is a go-to for us. The fries are yummy too but my kids think they're too seasoned/"spicy" The portions and prices are good. Love the atmosphere. It's a casual little urban spot with an entertaining wall mural. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the location is small and quite busy (understandably - the burgers are good!), so it's likely you'll be fighting for a place to sit or be forced getting your food to go instead. And the wait for your food can be pretty long, which makes for an awkward time standing along the wall, staring at people while they eat and you wait. I also thought their fish and chips were a little too greasy for my liking. Other than those little things, it's a great little burger joint! read more

Best burger in Idaho Falls! This is a go to spot for my husband and I! My favorite is the duke & his is the farley! The pineapple one is good too. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I have been coming here since it opened. I am so disappointed. It is Memorial Day and I came to my favorite spot for a pick me up. This is a heavy holiday. I asked for a veterans discount which I have always gotten with no questions. The little girl behind the counter told me it only applies if I am currently serving, as if my service with my 2 tours, and friends I will never see again was no longer relevant. I probably will not go back here as sad as that makes me. The money was not the issue but the way I feel leaving here on this holiday of all holidays feels like a slap in the face. read more

The food was 7/10. The burgers were cooked in under 10 minutes, to fast for a burger, I had to even ask if the food was pre-made! But the real reason im writing this review is because, I messed up and forgot to order an item so I paid for that item to be cooked. While the burger was being cooked the man who was working the cash register brought me my bad. One would assume that if you were brought food in a bag it's you complete order. ( you shouldn't have to look to see if your order is correct), because I was was taught when you go to a restaurant your paying for the food and service witch also includes ACCURACY! So like most people who purchase anything and its incorrect, you call management. When I did call I spoke with Sam the " General manager " made me feel like I Was the smallest human on the planet! I wasn't asking for anything I simply wanted to talk to him about my experience. All he did was talk down to me and made me feel so small and un important. He did want to deal with me so he belittled me instead. I then ask how I could speak with his supervisor. I got very little all he would tell me was her name " Haley " is the name he gave me. He refused to let me know when she might be in the office and nothing else. Fine that's ok but the kicker is when I asked "Sam" what "Haley " might think about everything that transpired including how your speaking to a customer? He replied I'll just deny everything you tell her. So thats cool if thats the way you treat customers, but I'd caution any business that were ( the community) we keep your lights on and in this economy! Thats a big gamble on return business when customers are treated that way. Again I never wanted anything except for a kind manager to have empathy and hear my concerns. I would assume when I call "Haley " tomorrow she will side with her management and then Idaho Falls will have one less family eating in there restaurant. I hope not because I might have been a return customer. I've never been treated by a business the way your General Manager treated me and it was uncalled for. Thank you for your time, I hope your business does well but you really should fix this problem of your General manager "Sam" treating hard working people willing to spend their hard earned money in your establishment because your business model will suffer. The fries are hot, fresh, fat and krispy and amazing too! I had the rock with jalapeños and my girl friend had the classic with cheese! juice was pouring out of the burger's onto our trays! then you just dip the Burger into the juice!! We went on a Saturday and it was slammin. Pretty small place. Might consider a "to go" order in the future. My burger was just ok, they tell how they're gonna cook the meat and if you want it different to tell them. I left it as is because they say they're gonna cook it medium with some pink. What I got was scorched earth. The patty was well past well done. Wifey got the Fat Connie and it was by far the best bite. We tried a shake and some regular fries and some sweet potato fries. These items were good not great. We will try this place one more time before we give up on it. read more

Learned about Burly Burger in March after being open since November. Fairly busy when we arrived, but found one open table. Ordered a Classic, a Mr. T, and a Duke burger, two as Combos with one French Fry and one Onion Ring. All three burgers were delicious. Great meat / condiment / bun ratios. The coated fries were crispy cooked and delicious with the Burly Sauce. The breaded Onion Rings were typical frozen ones, but were good. The young lady that brought the food to the table was very nice and friendly. Now for the shortfall. The napkins are NOT Burly enough to keep up with the delicious messiness of the burgers. A roll of paper towels on the table would be more fitting for the motif. Will definitely be going back to try other burgers, a chicken sandwich or two, and the Fish & Chips sounded good as well. read more

The food quality is good but place is very disorganized. on one visit they gave me someone else order, i got out to my truck and looked inside. finding it was not close so took it back in and they took it to another table. Once i left restaurant with it they are required to 86 and remake. on another visit had just the classic. several parties that ordered after me were served and i was still waiting. at 25 min went back up to counter and then got my order.
