When guests ask about menu items, a little enthusiasm and product knowledge can go a long way. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt sad and run-down. I had high hopes for this place, but between the lackluster service, average food and neglected appearance, it wasn't the experience I was expecting. I don't mind giving a restaurant a second chance, but they have quite a bit of room for improvement.
