I placed a mobile order, once I got to the store they informed me they were out of something I ordered, i asked how I go about the situation to one of the workers and I was told to contact customer support through the app, so I did, the online team told me to contact the store so I did, the manager (Marlene) was absolutely unprofessional and rude, she told me I needed to drive all the way back into the store to process a refund. When that's what they should've done in the first place when I was there and asked what I should do since they were out of what I wanted.. now they want me to drive all the way back when they could've done it while I was already there. They refuse to issue a refund unless I drive all the way back to there location, which i am no where near close to. I've tried calling corporate and I'm not getting through, they are taking advantage of the situation and basically stole money since they received money for a product I never received. read more

Sandwiches were slopped together, 3 slivers of lettuce, wrong bread and no mustard which was standard. Ordered on the app and chose delivery but since it was then to uber, called the store and girl had no idea how to fix the order I paid for that changed after I checked out and paid??? The food was expensive. It was not hot. The two employees were not helpful or professional. A featured sub could not be offered because either he did not know how to make the sub or they didn't have what was needed. This was an all around unpleasant experience. I ordered the Roast beef Au Ju... they didn't know it came with the Au Ju. Another featured sub! I am still hungry and we got two medium subs, no meal, no drinks for 30$. I am not sure why but the last two times we went to this Firehouse they didn't have large white bread. We ended up getting the wheat bread but it isn't as good. Ordinary they are my favorite sub place but I will have to call before ordering to see if they have white bread now. read more

Went the other night and a toddler was "helping" stock chips. She was in the way and I had to stop short to avoid tripping over her multiple times. She ran behind the register/counter and into the back storage area. Her Grandma was the manager, and another employee was related, maybe a mom or aunt. A third woman sat at the table by the soda machine with a stroller and younger baby. After the toddler ran to the front door and blocked a customer from coming in, that woman said, "I think she locked the door". Then that woman chased the toddler around their table in circles. Then Grandma and the related female employee brought the toddler near our table (across the room) and started tossing the toddler in the air overhead. They were maybe 2 feet from us. I was afraid we were going to get hit by flying arms or a toddler while we sat and tried to eat. Grandma says to the toddler, "Do you want Grandma to punch ya?" a couple of times and "Do you wanna fight?" as the other woman tossed the toddler in the air. Then they took the toddler into the bathroom, where she screamed and screamed. One came out and said, "She's just b*'ing and moaning because her butt's chafed". Then they finished in the bathroom and loudly complained about having to share tips and how it's not enough. I never tip fast food but had just tipped them and boy I'm sorry I did. They wanted me to hear they didn't think it was enough, which is funny because they didn't even make our sandwiches. A nice young man did that. I feel sorry for him, stuck there in that situation. I reached out to corporate, who ignored me for 3 days, via their website. I reached out via their Facebook page, and got an immediate reply, but was told they are going to give my number to the LOCAL MANAGER (aka Grandma) so they can deal with it at the restaurant level. So there you have it, Firehouse Subs in Summerfield is, in my opinion, a terrible, unprofessional, hazardous place to eat and spend your hard earned money. And corporate doesn't give one single . . . . about their customers having a decent experience. I will never set foot in a Firehouse Subs again. In my opinion, that company does not care. read more

Today was my last visit to this Firehouse location. New owners no longer give Veterans a discount, which previous owner had. Myself and another Veteran are displeased that you would take something away from us, and we eat there every Sunday. Not any more, plenty of other sub shops we can move to!! read more

I can't prove it but I am convinced they use less meat that other Firehouse. The bread is also on the hard dry side. I'm assuming that's cause they get very little business. The location in Leesburg is much much better. Like I said it's probably because they don't get much business,,,,but that is no reason for bad food. The only reason I'm giving one star is for the order taker. Sad to see this place go down hill. Both in food and rudeness. First I will complement the lady at the cash register she was very friendly it's to bad the bald guy behind her was rude and insensitive. If he would have opened his eyes before he opened his mouth he might have seen the emotional support tags on my dog. But instead he loudly and rudely said no dogs in here. I was coming in to pick up food not staying and the dog was in my arms not running around, FYI it was 96 outside. Then when I get my sandwich, the corner of the meat might have touched my bread, so sloppy and my pickle was dried out. I have eaten here since 2014 almost weekly with my es dog and never had any issues till today. I will not be making that mistake again. Just a tip for you baldy, you should wear something over your head so you don't drip sweat into peoples food. read more

After waiting more than 30 minutes, on my late lunch break which I would have thought they would be quicker (1:20pm) I finally got my sub. I had ordered a roast beef on white cold sub. The person taking my order said "Cold?" I said "yes, cold." Waited the 30 minutes and got a hot roast beef on a toasted roll, not even close to being cold! When I was handed the bag I felt that it was warm, checked and yes it was a hot sub. I said I had ordered a cold sub.. (just like it says to do on their sign, "want it cold? just let us know) The guy behind the counter said "oh..I can remake it" I told him that I didn't have time for that. Would give a ZERO... Kinda of a hike for a work lunch, but quickly became a frequent flier, mainly for the iced tea. Bought a salad on 6/19/19, returned to work, ate roughly half until noticing a white hair about an inch long in the salad. Called and spoke with the manager? owner?... anyway, he said to bring the salad in, that he wanted to see it, and in a tone as if I was lying. Couldn't make it back out till 6/26/19, but I sure enough brought in the salad. Same guy who told me to bring in my salad took it, opened it, then brought it to the back. While waiting for my replacement salad he had the nerve to come out and tell me by the cash register, with plenty of people around, that he spread the salad out on the counter and for my information there was no hair. Then continued to quiz me on the hair. That none of his staff had white hair. Blatantly calling me a liar. How dare he question my integrity. Hope it was worth it, because just like that, he lost this previously frequent customer. Staff is great although not sure how they can work under someone like that. read more
