I've driven past here a gazillion times. I'm not huge on eating subs but will occasionally. My husband, being the avid hot ones fan he is HAD to try the garlic hot ones sandwich he saw advertised. The restaurant smelled great walking in. We were greeted and helped by a nice young lady. Service was slightly slow in getting our food. There seemed to be a few to go orders ahead of us though. Our order was accurate and fresh. My husband LOVED the hot ones sandwich. I had the small Italian. The small is smaller than I had thought. It's more like a kids size. It was delicious. I loved all the sauces used on it. I was however a bit disappointed in the amount of meat. It was almost all bread. My daughter had the meatball. She enjoyed it but said the meatballs were way too small. I agreed. The southern sweet tea is perfection! I'd definitely come back for more! The size of the large cup is great! I love a well made southern sweet tea! I dont know why it is so hard to find sweet tea in Vegas. The cost was a bit much for the size and portion of the sandwiches but they are good subs! 2 smalls, 1 medium and 2 sweet teas was a little over 30 dollars. I kept seeing the ads for the Firehouse seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. I just had to try it out! My husband and I ordered a pick-up order for the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. This Firehouse location is off of the 215/Decatur exit. The seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Sub has carved slices of turkey breast with thanksgiving stuffing. It also has a sweet cranberry sauce that the stuffing is topped with. It's a hot sandwich! I ended up opting out to exclude the mayo on the toasted sub roll. The medium size was perfect for me! The medium is about 8 inches and it kept me full for the entire day! The sub was delicious! The stuffing was quite flavorful and it was well seasoned. The turkey was tender and juicy. There was a layer of spices on the outside of the carved turkey! This sub was outstanding! I would get it again! Hopefully Firehouse Subs will offer it again next year! This location was decent. The service was quick, but the dining area was slightly dirty. This is not a place to visit if you're in a hurry. It's run by a small staff that seems annoyed that you're even there. I stopped in to order a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. It's a sandwich place- I was the only one there. You would think it would be a question of putting some items on bread. I didn't even order it toasted or anything that would cause a hold up. I waited for over 20 minutes before I finally got it, and honestly for that wait I'd have rather just gone through a drive through. First time we've been to Firehouse sub in a long time and now I remember why. We ordered a pick up order. The ad for prime rib French dips looked delicious. What a disappointment. The sub in the ad had at least 5 times as much meat as what we received. Trust me, they aren't giving these away either. One of the sandwiches had what looked like blood that leaked out of the meat on the bread and in the tray. The pickle looked like they cut the middle out and gave us the skins. (See pic) We called to find out what was going on and talked to someone who said she was the manager but had no managers abilities to correct anything. When asked about the meat she stated it was pre cooked, getting more appetizing the more she talks. I had such a terrific experience here, today. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Madison. Madison also asked me if I had an online order. When I told her yes she let me know what my eta was. So, ordering at 12:53 pm for a 1:20 pm pick up should be doable for 2 sandwiches. My order was not ready, barely started when I arrived at 1:36 pm! (I actually came late intentionally, knowing that this location is ALWAYS slow.) I was told when I arrived that my order would be ready in 5 minutes. During my wait for them to finish my food, they did everything/anything to not tend to orders! They talked amongst themselves, joked amongst themselves, the male employee took 4 minutes to put on new gloves, basically NOTHING that would indicate they were working on my, or anyone else's order. It was only upon my insisting that they complete my order quickly, that they stopped goofing around & got my sandwiches done in, OMG, 3 minutes! I genuinely am a nice person. However, if you don't do your job, and are completely juvenile about how you carry yourself or do your job, I lose my patience! Located next Great Clips and across the parking lot from. Chipotle. I've never been to any Firehouse Sub location. Ordering was pretty easy and the staff were very friendly plus helpful. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub and the Meatball Sub. Both were excellent and warm. The dining area was very clean as well as the drink dispenser area. One other person was in front of me to order the cashier could have been friendlier I guess maybe she was tired of standing and wanted to go home. I tried a different sandwich this time it was a turkey Jamaican spiced sandwich and it was really good. So far both times that I have been to fire house subs. I had 33,000 and made 3 separate orders online 2.5 hours out. You have to purchase something in order to use the points for your sandwich. I got 3 sandwiches and purchased 4 sides. I get a call 10 minutes before its supposed to be picked up saying they can't make my orders. They will "honor" one order. The website shouldn't let me "activate" my reward if said reward can't be used. It should block it and say "You have already redeemed an reward today, you can only use one reward in a 24 hour period". They should not have called me 10 minutes before pickup. I said to cancel all sandwiches, but I have to physically go to the store to cancel. So now I'm wasting my gas and my time. I will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on. Who doesn't love a good sub? I ordered the large hero sub combo with a side of their mac n cheese and this was a nice and filling lunch for 2 people. The hero sub is your classic sub with cheese, cuts of deli, and fresh veggies. I always adore a nice bed of shredded lettuce in my sandwiches so I appreciated that in this sub. The mac n cheese was okay, I suggest getting it topped with the bread crumbs since that's where most of the flavor is. The added texture was a nice touch on the kind of bland mac, and the cheese tasted more of a white sauce than cheesy. Customer service was speedy and friendly, and the space of the restaurant was clean and open. Overall, a pretty filling meal for 2 and made me interested to try out the rest of what they have to offer. read more

I try to be super lenient right now. I understand with Covid, things are not going to be quite as smooth as before. That said, I got there and there were six people behind the counter and two people waiting for sandwiches. Because of that, I thought it would be relatively quick... Yeah, didn't happen. It took forever to get three sandwiches to go. By the time I left, there were over a dozen families/people lingering in the lobby waiting for orders, one of which was a guy who was loudly upset that they put him on hold on the phone and just forgot about him so he came down to place an order in person instead. I've noticed a couple things during the past year... Either restaurants are stepping up or they aren't. This location just isn't. Not necessarily the employees faults exclusively, possibly high turnover, lack of training, who knows. But if you are looking for something relatively fast, this location isn't the way to go. You can have a sit down meal at a nice, socially distancing restaurant in the same time. read more
