In the mood for a sub so we stopped in. We hadn't eaten at a firehouse subs in years and we impressed with the sandwiches, service and overall cleanliness of this restaurant. I don't review chain restaurants very often but this one was worth mentioning. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Not sealing the bag with the sticker kind of defeats the purpose of it

Food was missing several items and wrong, and the bag wasn't even sealed shut, delivered to me wide open. There's no bacon I paid for, there's one little onion lol, what a joke. I guess subs is short for substandard.

I have ZERO idea what just happened, but my wife was ordering a sandwich and a Hispanic woman working behind the counter loudly interrupted her to say "JUST SO YOU KNOW (waving 6-7 tickets in front of us) it's going to be a 35-40 minute wait"... we were dumbfounded. When I clarified "a 35-40 minute wait for an in-person order of a sandwich?", she said "well if they order them, we have to make them". She then walked away and refused to acknowledge us anymore. I'm SO sorry we visited your restaurant during rush hour in person. We will NEVER make that mistake again. (Thank you yelp for reminding me that I needed to post a picture of their food. I would've loved to post a picture, however, I was refused service.) no check this.

    Pickle skin

First time we've been to Firehouse sub in a long time and now I remember why. We ordered a pick up order. The ad for prime rib French dips looked delicious. What a disappointment. The sub in the ad had at least 5 times as much meat as what we received. Trust me, they aren't giving these away either. One of the sandwiches had what looked like blood that leaked out of the meat on the bread and in the tray. The pickle looked like they cut the middle out and gave us the skins. (See pic) We called to find out what was going on and talked to someone who said she was the manager but had no managers abilities to correct anything. When asked about the meat she stated it was pre cooked, getting more appetizing the more she talks. Oh, and the pickles, she stated they knew it was a bad batch but justified it with, "the pickles are complimentary ". Wow. Service with excuses, just what we all want to hear.

Amanda I believe who is the service manager there was absolutely fantastic. She aided with correcting my orders and I can't thank her enough again! She was polite, friendly and super helpful. I hope all other Firehouse Subs locations can take a page out of her book when it comes to customer service. Thank you so much again Amanda!!!! -Taylor from Uber Eats

My wife brought me home a salad today and after I took a few bites I realized it tasted kind of funny. As I started sorting out some of the lettuce I realized a bunch of it was spoiled. Be careful with this place it has gone way down and apparently owners and management are not doing quality checks on their products. Employees should know better than to serve nasty food like this.

I had such a terrific experience here, today. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Madison. Madison also asked me if I had an online order. When I told her yes she let me know what my eta was. Shortly after I received my sandwich. It was very well made. Madison came by my table to make sure I had everything that I needed. I eat here all the time. More so at Farm and Durango. But, at both locations the customer service has been nonexistent. Not today! The whole crew here was friendly. But, Madison is definitely the star of the show. She made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

This little sandwich cost me $7.00!!!!! I ordered a medium size and she got that wrong!!' This sandwich is so small I'm still hungry!! A word of advice: check your bag before you leave because these kids that work there don't really want to be there so double check Your orders. The girl taking my daughters order asked 3 times what size drink. FOCUS sweetheart and maybe you'll get the orders correct! I'm upset and hungry!!!!!

Located next Great Clips and across the parking lot from. Chipotle. I've never been to any Firehouse Sub location. Ordering was pretty easy and the staff were very friendly plus helpful. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub and the Meatball Sub. Both were excellent and warm. The dining area was very clean as well as the drink dispenser area. I will come back again for sure.

Order took over 40mins past pick up time - also put onions on sub which clearly says no onion

I come in when order said ready- I waited to 7:20pm to ask if the order is going to be reasy! He said working on it! At 7:35pm I FaceTime my husband so he could see for himself - when I asked employee about it being ready for kevin - his rely oh yeah- I forgot! When I took home - had onions all over it! I will never go to this business again! Get better hire -

We are thrilled to have a great spot for these sandwiches on our side of town. Meat to veg to bread ratio was on point. Let's talk about the bread, it was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and didn't cut the roof of your mouth. No contest, a thousand times better than Lee's. We'll definitely be back! I definitely should have gone with the "& More."…read more Nom Pang Sandwiches & More is a super-hyped restaurant in the deep northwest of Las Vegas that's been lauded as the Cambodian response to all the mediocre Vietnamese sandwiches being sold around the rest of town. I finally made the pilgrimage from the other side of town, hopeful that I would find something worth the hype. I have been eating the Vietnamese version of these sandwiches all my life, so I had to try the namesake at this spot. The Nom Pang Special ($9.00) and the Pate ($8.00) w/ steamed pork are built similarly, except the former has a wider variety of meats. I could write an essay about the similarities and differences in ingredient choices, but there's one main problem: I just didn't enjoy any of it. Why? For me, none of the meats seemed to have much inherent flavor and the pate felt pretty bland as well, so the main tone on the palate is the heavy-handed amount of Maggi seasoning. If you aren't familiar with this, think of it as a cousin of soy sauce and how that shouldn't be the dominant flavor. I also tried a bit of the Lemongrass Beef ($9.00), which was basically a marinated beef that was subtle at best in lemongrass. The marinade read mostly sweet, which I'm not a fan of as my main protein in this sort of sandwich. The Thai Iced Green Tea ($6.00 large) and Viet Iced Coffee ($6.00 large) were not it either. There is a lot of flavor in the Thai green tea, but much of that is sugar. I started becoming pretty tired of it halfway through. The Viet Iced Coffee was simultaneously not strong enough in coffee and too bitter due to some burnt notes that came through. It is not comparable to any really acceptable level of Vietnamese coffee. The best drink by far was their complimentary iced water. Service was solid, and the employees were all nice. The restaurant environment was okay once I walked over to their evaporative cooling fan and disabled the turning function while it was pointing away from our table. There are plenty of napkins and a Sriracha bottle available at every table. I just wasn't enjoying my food. There is no need to go to Nom Pang if you are looking for a good alternative to Vietnamese sandwiches. Maybe their more traditional cooking is actually worth trying, but it's just so far from Henderson for me to consider visiting on a regular basis.

Prices are on par with most pizza places nowadays. We ordered two thin crust 14-inch pizzas, 10 chicken strips, 2 salads and it fed 6 people. I didn't have any chicken strips, but was told they were tasty. They don't have antipasto salad, so we had the house salad, and it was really good. Again, ingredients were fresh. The roasted tomatoes were a very nice touch and the red wine dressing was tasty. The only criticism is the feta cheese; I would've much preferred mozzarella and/or Romano. The pizzas were really good & the ingredients fresh. I don't mind pizza that dips a bit, but my wife feels like it was too droopy while holding it, but we both appreciated the balance between the sauce, cheese, and toppings. All in all, the price was fair for the amount of food and the place loves up to the hype.

Who came up with these? I ordered inside at the counter, and got two sandwiches to-go, an 8 inch and 10 inch. Most importantly, I wanted two waters as we had been traveling and needed some hydration. Their standard in-store water cups are the puny 6 oz plastic dixie cups. But since I was taking them to-go, I needed lids for the car and thus asked if I could have a regular cup for the water so it would have a lid. At which point, the employee insisted that if I wanted a regular cup I would need to pay for a fountain drink regardless if it was for water. I absolutely cannot stand when stores try to charge for tap water. My other thought was, what if I ordered this through the drive-thru? Would you still charge me for water? Not to mention, a regular fountain drink is nearly $3, so for that I could've just gone to a gas station and gotten Fiji water or another fancy bottled water. He continued to insist that I would need to pay, so I finally succumbed because it had been a long day. However, in addition to the sandwiches I also got bags of chips and a side of fries. And now that I was being charged for a fountain drink, you'd think the register would automatically make it a combo meal (since they offer those). But NOPE. I had to ask if they could ring it up as a combo since I literally was getting everything that comes with a combo. Thankfully I said something and ended up saving a couple dollars, but the total still came out to over $40 for two sandwiches, two sides and two tap waters. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF, when I got to the fountain machine to fill up the waters, THEY WERE OUT OF ICE. Overall, an absolutely terrible experience and rest assured I will never step foot in a Capriotti's again.
