The manager on duty (Elijah ) never cancelled the order even though I called after the delivery cancelled and he said he is "doing it right now" he's a liar . Money cleared my bank over $50.00 I disputed the charge with my bank. I only had proof delivery was canceled not order so dispute denied . Called the store again , explained everything to Bruce he tells me to call door dash . I didn't order door dash it was a zaxbys order# I have not a DoorDash order#. I told him you don't listen I told you to listen , he admitted to "I just heard door dash" I said again because you don't listen . So he told me to just call corporate because I was upset . Maybe had Elijah done his job 7/25 or you listened to?? But no it's my fault !?! I called corporate told them what happened 7/25 they said it would be quicker if I called the store - told them I did that told them about my experience with Bruce . They took care of it I have to wait another 3 weeks for the refund . I regret ever dealing with Zaxbys. Don't order from this store managers are liars who can't listen and fix or own mistakes.

People were coming out quickly but no one was ever taken in. 45 minutes later our table was called only to find the table hadn't been cleaned or set. Enter server, who had never seen a smile before apparently. We got drinks taken but needed time to decide. That was the last time we saw her until I asked another server to finally order. We did order but the food was not good at all; swimming in grease. Getting a drink refill was near impossible with yet another different server having to do that. After the meal a fourth person had to bring boxes and a to go bag. Our original server, who did nothing, finally brought the check. I understand weekends are busy, however, there was ZERO interest in us or our patronage. Couple it with the blessing out the cook was getting from a "manager" in the kitchen I'll be giving this place a hard pass for a while. It definitely did not live up to my previous experience. As for ambiance I can honestly say there was none. If you want alcohol for breakfast it might be the right spot because all the service happened at the bar.

There were three employees inside "cleaning up", two of which promptly hid when I pulled up to the window instead of approaching to say they were closed/that their hours were incorrect. Online it states they're open until 11 PM most nights, including Monday, but the manager called back to tell me they are apparently supposed to close at 10 PM all nights except Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, when they stay open until 11 PM. I'm not sure if they're being dishonest to keep from getting a negative review, or if their online system is just terribly outdated, as they've always been open until 11 PM as far as I've known. Regardless of the times - which I honestly just want others to be aware of so they don't waste their own time like I did - I believe the way the situation was handled by the two employees was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Not only did they wave at me and then proceed to not say a single word, they hid from view when I cam to the window to ask if they were open. I understand that a lot of associates expect people to freak out, but regardless, it's their job to ensure the customer is taken care of and served. All they had to do was open the window, OR simply say over the intercom, "Hey, I'm very sorry, but we're closed." And I would've driven away then instead of sitting and wasting 10 minutes of my time.
