The restaurant was busy on a Thursday night and there was a bit of a wait but all the staff was buzzing around trying to keep up. The table we received was halfway wiped down but once again the staff was rushing around doing their best. We had napkins so we wiped the table. The sushi was good and the dumplings were very good with the sauce they come with. I highly recommend if you are in the area. read more

The service and the atmosphere is great, but the food is very low quality. I tried the food here twice thinking it was a classy restaurant and ordered steak fried rice with double meat, paying twice the price, and both times they gave me like a pound of sticky mushy rice with very little low quality meat on top. If I could give negative stars I would! We arrived at 6:20pm and were seated in an area that no one else was sitting. We waited patiently while three other parties were seated. One was promptly asked for their drink order as we sat waiting. When we thought our server was going to approach us to get at least our drink order, they went straight to a table that had just been seated after us to get their order. We had been sitting there for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to wait on us. Once we saw that the three tables that had been seated after us received service we decided to leave. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this establishment but it will be the last! It takes a lot for me to review this hard. My husband and I made this our sushi spot for a while. Driving from Keystone it had to be special. It WAS, however it's not anymore. It's been three consecutive trips and the service has been horrible each and every time. The food doesn't make up for this when it takes 45 mins to get salad and soup after ordering and then asking for napkins, soy sauce cups and silverware/chopsticks after finally receiving food. It was clean but the food mediocre and table service pretty awful. We were ignored completely and walked out one night well before closing, the second were sat after a fair wait. I can't remember the last time I had to insist on getting drinks for the kids. Half the time the servers are waiting by the front door, the other half of the time they can't be found. Never mind I have to ask for sauce dishes and other items that are normal for sushi table service. The sushi rice was stale. I'd have had about the same experience for less if I walked across the lot to Publix to pick something up two days old. read more

The staff were totally ignoring us at the entrance and eventually one of them with a very rude attitude after 15 minutes of waiting placed us somewhere and didn't bring our drinks didn't give us any straws, sauce, plates, napkins! The servers are super sweet and always accommodating, and our experiences here always been positive. Even if it's busy, they are super kind and courteous, still putting their customers first. This has been one of my favorite sushi/hibachi restaurants! Been going here for the last 5 yrs. But the last 1-2 yrs it has really been going down hill with the service and quality of food. They seem to have changed their hibachi ingredients or something. The rice and noodles have a weird taste. It seems more like the kind of rice and noodles you get from the mall cafeteria and they are always under staffed. I know its hard to keep employees nowadays but I really hope they can get their food back up to what it used to be! The sushi is always amazing and the renovations look great! read more

The food was good. But the service was the worst and it took very long to get our food. We went in during a slow hour, but it took probably 30 minutes to get our food. Once we finally got our food, I needed Shrimp Sauce but the waitress decided to go on her lunch break during this time so i couldn't ask her for any. I would've asked the other servers but they were too busy chatting and not paying any attention. The inside of the place looks really nice, but with the bad service it didnt even matter. At first i thought their nigiri was a bit over priced I've never seen 2pieces nigiri for over 6bux so i didn't order individually i thought I'd try sushi combo. Been a while since I have been to Yume and today I decided to go because it is close to home. When I get sushi I always get one cooked roll and one raw. Today I ordered the bubba roll and the sexy boy. Seriously was the best tasting combination I have ever had! Staff was friendly and food came out quick. I really enjoyed this place. Stopped in on a whim after an intense sushi craving. My husband and son got hibachi meals (steak for my husband and chicken for my son). You guys, the rice was so good. I know that seems inconsequential but it tasted like whoever made it actually cared about the fact that it was flavorful and tender. As for the sushi, it was very reasonably priced and quite delicious. I had only rolls so I cannot speak to the sashimi and sushi pieces. I ordered California, Tuna, Spicy Conch, Spider, and Alaska. Took my friend and his two boys here last night for my friend's birthday. We were seated immediately after we walked in and the place wasn't very busy at all. Our waiter wasn't really attentive to us as for trying to get us drinks. He didn't seem like he knew what they had available for drinks as he kept going to the back and he would disappear for quite some time. When he finally came back to give me my drink, we ordered our food. We sat down around 7:30ish and we didn't leave til about 9:30. They were near closing. Took a while to get the check and all that. We accidentally left our to-go boxes and after my friend realized it when we drove down the road, we turned around and went back hoping they would set them to the side at least and waited until they were actually closed (meaning door locked) well we get back there and our waiter said he threw them away I had some sushi left over to take home to my dad and my friend's youngest son had chicken tenders and french fries he wanted to take home. I get it, it was left there by accident and all but they could've put it off to the side at least in case we came back in which we did. We were leaving and had the boys walking in front of us and didn't think anything of it until we got halfway down the road. read more
