When it arrived at the table--brought singly out by Fernando (I believe)--I realized that I hadn't asked for the lettuce or tomato and I mumbled that to myself. But, I did not ask outright! Lo and behold, not a minute later Fernando appears with a plate of lettuce and tomato. How terrifically caring is that!?!?! And my burger was perfectly cooked and I did not have a bad reaction which means McKenzie got all the instructions exactly right and the chefs did exactly right, too! I thank all the staff very much!
