General Manager was very rude, not accommodating and REFUSED to give me corporates number! Today, I made an order through Uber Eats. I ordered the Hot Veggie Sub and requested to add black olives. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the GM and told them there were NO sautéed mushrooms or black olives on my sandwich. The GM was very rude and was not accommodating at all. He said that he made exactly what was on my order and that I would need to bring the entire sandwich back to the store to prove that he made a mistake. I told him that it is standard for the Veggie Sandwich to come with mushrooms. He stated that some come with it and some may not come with it. I told him that's false advertisement because the description stated the Veggie Sandwich automatically comes with mushrooms. I requested another sandwich and he continued to say he will not make me another sandwich unless I drove to the restaurant and showed him my entire sandwich. She called the store to get an exchange but the store manager was unwilling to redo a sandwich. He was disagreeable about a 5$ sandwich. I do feel disrespected after being a catering customer and getting sandwiches from them throughout the valley. Giving 1 star simply because 0 isn't an option. I've been going here for a few years and I absolutely love Firehouse Subs. But this locations customer service is seriously lacking. The traditional "welcome to firehouse" greeting is rarely emphatic on the few occasions it's even muttered. I rarely feel a willingness to help from any of the workers so going above and beyond for the customer isn't even in their wheelhouse. Even worse than this locations customer service is its execution of the sandwiches. They are typically poorly assembled without even distribution of meat or toppings. And on most occasions the meat is still cold even though it is supposed to have been steamed. All in all I think it's time I stop coming to this location as I have been upset by my sandwich on so many occasions. I challenge management to take reviews to heart and look at retraining their employees. read more

Walking in , as a customer I wanted to order and be out my way. Unfortunately, two employees didn't think the same, we were very rushed. My boyfriend said, " Alrighty", and then then Alexie, yelled out loud, "excuse me , we aren't ready", as she literally talking to her other coworker side chatter, 30 seconds later asking my bf for his order. I called and asked for a resolution they said that, "...if it was food poisoning there would be a lot more phone calls..."
