It was very disappointing Walking in there but we order and wait 20 minute.Just to get awful sandwiches my sandwich had no cheese on a ham and cheese sandwich, my sisters sandwich the hoken ladder had white instead of wheat bread and it had no cheese it had tomato on it when she ask clearly for no tomato.My mom can't have mayo and they added extra mayo which is unexceptional.Then we call to take to tip and the gentleman is extremely rude and disrespectful.Dont go their if you want a nice lunch. read more

Took a friend there today for lunch. Bad idea. It was the smallest sandwich with hardly anything on it. Even the pickle was pathetic. I've eaten at FS all over the country and it's always been consistent, this location isn't up to par for them. Half of my Hook & Ladder had no meat on one side that was smashed flat and the other half had all the meat. The mayonnaise that typically makes the taste pop was nonexistent. I was in the area and craving a good sandwich. Since I typically go to subway, I thought I would give Firehouse Subs a try. After seeing a couple people in the drive thru, I decided to go in and get a sandwich to go. Medium ham and cheese and a small pickle for $8. The honey ham was very good. I would consider eating here more often if cost was lower. I had no issues with service or to timeliness. Giving a 4 stars because I would say this place is "average". Always enjoyed the wide range of sandwhich options. They also have a great selection of softdrinks with modifiers. Out of the many visits this was my first time at the drive through. i have always loved firehouse subs but i will never go back to this one. i ordered a plain turkey and cheese toasted with a pickle. what i opened when i got home was a cold, stale, ham sandwich with no pickle in sight. i literally put two things on my sandwich and they got 50% of it wrong. the store was completely empty when we got there. i actually don't think they even tried. read more

Online ordering should be fast and convenient. I've always been underwhelmed by the service here but, today it felt like I walked in to a practical joke reality show. I did not realize that the drive thru was no longer for online orders only. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, I got out of line and went inside. I was greeted. I stated I had an online order and not one person behind the counter responded. I asked again and a man turned around and said it was on the rack and turned back around. I walked towards the back and was obviously confused, still no help from anyone behind the counter. Fortunately another customer helped me. The rack was behind a sign so, it was not visible from the counter. There were four people working behind the counter and the only decent customer service I received was from a customer. Just ate dinner there. Nothing wrong with the food or service. However, any place where I have to change my infants dirty diaper ON THE FLOOR IN THEIR PUBLIC RESTROOM gets a bad review from me. It's not a huge expense and can be added to the wall in the bathroom easily. There is plenty of room there. Not the greatest service. We ordered and got our drinks right away and sat down and waited for what seemed quite some time. The establishment was not very busy and several customers inside were waiting close to approximately 20 minutes just for two subs, including my wife and I. The subs were decent for both of us. I thought firemen were supposed to be responsive? The restaurant was empty when I walked in... I ordered the most basic, hot sub and it took 25 minutes. I just ordered a single medium sub, yet the guys that walked in the door after I had already ordered got their larger order before mine. And no attention to customers. Drive thru orders must have been prioritized over walk-in orders, or Firehouse just decided to serve in whichever order they feel like. Their food is good but not worth the long wait or poor service. I noticed reading the reviews that the service at this location is terrible. I lived it this evening, we ordered ahead and went to pick it up at the window. The would not answer the drive thru window so I had to pull around and go inside. Told the girl the name on my order and she brings me my bag and points at the counter and says there is your chips and drinks. I have to put the chips in my bag and ask for a drink carrier, she proceeds to get one and lay it on the counter and walks away. So, I then put my drinks in the carrier and leave! Very poor service. Went to the drive-through on Saturday and watched the employees walk back-and-forth across the window and nobody bothered to come to the window. I called up there and the girl told me that it was a pickup window " tho their is a menu clearly posted in the window" and they were very busy inside and I had to wait till that she cleaned her line out due to they had 2 employees call in.. So the food is as good as any Firehouse restaurant, however a drive thru window is absolutely useless if it never gets checked. I realize it's a new thing at this place but I would not advise going through it. You will be waiting forever and a day. Doesn't seem like this location is equipped to handle a lunch rush. read more

I love coming to this fire house I like how open it is and normally we sit down to eat and they are constantly wiping down tables. One of the workers Pam is always so sweet when we come in with our kids she's a sweet heart. We live in bella vista so this firehouse is a little out of our way unless were going to the mall but it has a drive through which is nice so we will go out of our way if we in the mood for a sub. read more

My Husband and I went to Firehouse Subs in Rogers for lunch. The parking lot was full, and they were extremely busy. The line moved quickly, and everyone was so friendly, we didn't mind waiting. We ordered, sat down, and received our food. It was awesome, as always, and it was nice to eat in such a pleasant environment. We just waited over 20 minutes in the drive through, after being the only car in line. We had clearly been forgotten about. I was getting ready to go in but finally after 20 minutes someone came to the window saying our sandwich was almost ready. It was another 5 minutes before someone came to the window, and in a very confused manner asked if we were the ones who ordered the sandwich. I always love firehouse but today when I visited this location our entire tables sandwiches was lacking meat. I also noticed that other people's weren't full when I left the restaurant. They did not fill the sandwich's enough and 1/3 of my sandwich was just bread. When paying this much for a meal I would expect it to be what I paid for. read more
