The store was clean as a pin. The staff was pleasant. Our food was made to our specifications perfectly. The lemonade fountain was special and not at any other Schlotzskys I have been to. Hey guys! It's the Bentonville Runt with another good review! This time we are headed to Schlotzsky's for my very first time! The location was clean but I went in to pick up a to-go order and didn't see the full place so can't compliment much on the ambience other than to say the register and that area was surrounded by cookies and stuff that you could get. Typical sandwich shop stuff. The service was great but we couldn't order the Chicken Tortilla soup on their app, and when I asked why at my arrival the man said they don't have that at this location. They then informed me that they were out of stock of the broccoli and cheese soup which is what my mom ended up ordering instead. We used the app to order so maybe that's why I didn't find out until my arrival. In a scramble I called my mom and asked her if she would rather have the Tomato Basil or the Loaded Baked Potato soup. Mom chose the Loaded baked potato. Her full meal was a choose 2 and she also got the bacon turkey schlotsky, sans chipotle sauce, add mustard. My aunt got the same but instead of mustard she got light mayo. I meanwhile was feeling a little more adventurous so I got the Albuquerque Turkey Schlotsky, sans bacon, with an addition of jalapeño slices. Mom loved her sandwich, especially the sourdough bread! Aunt did too but she's had schlotsckys before! And I of course got the Cheddar Jalapeño bread. I loved it! My sandwich was delicious, moist but not soggy, and the bread was, indeed, to die for! Turkey avocado sandwich - flavor was great, bread was amazing! Only thing was there was barely any avocado on the sandwich. Pepperoni pizza - again flavor was great, crust was amazing, but lacking sauce and cheese. What cheese was on there a lot of it slipped towards the middle so it left a big crust. I appreciate Louis for commenting back and apologizing but what difference does it make when we were turned away there were 3 cars in their parking lot and the one car ahead of us in the drive through. The girl who turned us away wasn't completely rude but she dang well wasn't going to wait on us. I know manager can't be there all the time but I also know from experience that I would have never had the guts to turn someone away like she did. I hope the matter was addressed because I saw more than one bad review. read more

Order placed at 12:49 pm. At 1:28pm they said they lost our ticket. The sad thing is this isn't the first time that they have "lost" an order or messed it up. Twice on this visit they tried to bring us the wrong orders. They reluctantly refunded our money. read more

The over all experience was bad, I created a regular order for pick 2 but with 2 soups instead. I was already having trouble ordering since the lady was a Spanish speaker so once I was done ordering it the check out was fine until I look in the bag and the soup lid was kinda off but I didn't think of it til after knowing I held the bag upright the whole time. It started leaking everywhere in my car and then proceeded to explode with the soup spilling out since the bag got soaked while driving. Meanwhile we only started driving 5 mins until it started to leak which is fast and I am highly disappointed that I spend 14$ on soup that just got spilt and now will need to get it cleaned all because the soup started leaking.!!!! read more

Ordered a veggie flat bread for lunch while dining in and it was amazing. What impressed me most is their excellent customer service. The food was done right away but it had mushrooms which I had asked not to be added. A very minor miss and when I pointed that out to "Corey" who was taking care of our table he went and got another one right way when all I wanted was for him to remove the mushrooms and bring the same one back. Great job Corey!! The owner is also genuinely nice and went above and beyond to make us feel happy. Super impressed with everything and hence I would highly recommend this place...this place knows how to make you feel welcomed PS: I forgot to add that they didn't even charge for my food. This was a horrible experience. I went through the drive thru, sandwich and water. The guy short changed me and when I brought it to his attention he became extremely rude and argumentative. I know without a doubt I handed him 3 $5 dollar bills because I specifically looked for a $1 and didn't have any. My bill was $10.88...anyway he did end up giving me the correctly changed but was a total butt and practically tossed my order to me. Also my water was red and when I said something he said yeah the water shares the Hi C so it is what it is. As much as I like their sandwiches I will never be back to this one. read more

i love LOVE schlotzsky's...have for many many years (since the 80's in Little Rock actually). Unfortunately this location is a trainwreck. In the last 3 visits the order has never been correct. Latest incident was 11/12/23. Repeated my order 5 times, including at the window and was still not correct . Waiting in drive through line over 30min for an incorrect order including a Sprite that was not handed to me until after everything else and I had to ask for it. It itself was also not correct (requested no ice & it sat there 10 minutes melting water into my soda). For $50, over 30 minutes of my time for incorrect sandwiches and a watery soda. Come on, you can do better. read more

Great food, very clean atmosphere, friendly staff, EXCELLENT service. Owner of the store was amazing he noticed that I didn't finish my sandwich because a fly happened to sit on my sandwich and kept apologizing even thought it's not his fault that a fly happened to enter his restaurant and he offered to give me a refund or amazing cinnamon roll or another sandwich to take home. So he gave me huge box of cinnamon rolls to take back to the office. He was great honestly I never met a manager like him. Great service to that manager. He honestly made my day. Definitely my new favorite place that I'll be going back to not just because the friendliness but for the great food. read more

This location consistently gets my order wrong. I don't know why I have continued to go here but I won't anymore. If you ask for no mayo, your sandwich will come absolutely covered in mayo. If you want to add and ingredient or get extra of something, that will not happen. This location is simply incapable of following basic changes to the base products so don't expect to get what you actually want here. read more

The only thing good here was the sandwich and it was really good but.... The employees didn't speak and awkwardly stared at us until we ordered. There was no one in the restaurant and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The women's restroom was so bad my wife held it till we could go somewhere down the street after we left. i'm not normally a fan of Schlotzsky's. But i went through the drive thru today, and the service was great. the girl working the drive was super nice. i'm extremely indecisive so I usually ask the workers to pick something for me. she asked if there was anything I didn't like, i told her to surprise me with something she enjoyed, just on a gluten free bun of course. she gave me a turkey avocado with jalapeño's. now, i'm not a fan of turkey, avocado, or jalapeno's. but let me tell you. it was a pretty good sandwich. Had lunch here the other day and it was very busy and very good. The staff was clearly all pitching in to get whatever needed done. I saw managers making sandwiches and cleaning tables. I'm sure they are struggling like the rest of the world to keep this place staffed but they were killing it working very hard and still had smiles on their faces. The portion of pasta was terribly small, and the sandwiches were basically fancy cat food on crunchy buns. Schlotsky's is a chain restaurant that should be the same no matter where you eat. This restaurant is confused. I went at lunch to the drive-thru and ordered a Reuben sandwich. I was told that they were out of rye bread. Seriously? The manager immediately got on the horn and explained that they didn't make the rye bread every day and today was one of those days. Again, seriously? He offered me a "deal" instead if I ordered it with different bread. The girl who took the order came back on and quoted me this "deal" price which was actually more than what a typical combination sandwich order would have been. She stumbled and mumbled through the entire interaction. I ended up saying "forget it" and drove away. I still drive by and cringe. I doubt I will ever return. Although this place has fantastic pizza they are way too overpriced. The kids pizzas are hella small and just ya know hella small. I used to eat here often because I work close, but today I was eating my loaded baked potato soup and I felt something hard and took a piece of plastic out of my mouth that was in my soup. This place doesn't deserve 1 star what so ever but it wasn't an option to proceed without one. You guys CONSTANTLY mess up orders. I try and give you the benefit of the doubt but when you are not busy, you all should be able to make an order EXACTLY as requested and nothing less. If I ask for a soup don't give me half a cup, tell me it's all you have and then still charge the full price. If I ask for my items on the side, it doesn't mean I don't want them, I just want to apply them to the sandwich or wrap MYSELF. Maybe you all should think about having a training day so your worthless owners and employees can go over how to properly build a sandwich and learn some manners on hour to address customers. I will not ever be back to this place... I know I am just one customer speaking for myself and my boss, but word of mouth is what helps situations like this. I wish your business nothing but serious debt and trouble customers. So much of both that maybe you will honestly just think about closing the place down and getting some real jobs. read more
