I will say, they have some of the best customer service I've seen! Whenever I order on the app, it is always ready on time and there are no issues. Even with Covid-19, they had social distancing and marked areas to make sure everyone stays safe and distanced. Note: I love the hot sauces they have to accompany your sandwich, and was bummed they didn't have the self service area of hot sauces because of Covid-19. BUT I found out recently that they still have the hot sauces! Now they're behind the counter so people don't touch them, so you do have to ask. But it was kind of humid inside and smelled vaguely of wet dog. I get the impression alot of orders are take out. So towards the end of my meal, which was good, this lady walks in with her dog all casual but clearly hoping for attention.
