Its not the food, the employee's or the decoration. Its the location. This store needs to move to Boerne or Stone oak. Instead its stuck hidden in the shadows of 410. I think this is the only Quiznos left in town so every time I am in the area for an appointment I go here. My favorite is the Honey Bacon Club sandwich and a cup of Broccoli & Cheese soup. I came in and there was no wait so I ordered my favs. They were out of soup so I tried the tater tots instead. My sandwich was delicious as always. The tater tots were surprisingly good. I would consider ordering them again. The staff was friendly and the dining room was relatively clean considering they had just wrapped up lunch time. I haven't been to Quiznos in years and actually made it a point to come here because it used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops and you really never see them anymore. I had an Original and it was everything I remember. The problem I have with this spot is the customer service. I checked in on YELP and got a "freebie" with my check in. The girl working the register had no clue how to honor the offer because there was no bar code to scan. She stated that she had never seen this before. Instead of trying to make it up to me somehow or call a manager she just looked at me with a blank stare until I gave in and paid full price. It's really not that big of a deal to me but it's also basic customer service. I showed her my phone and the offer so there was no question about what I was telling her. This place obviously does buisness with YELP if they put an offer on there so they should make sure to train their staff on how to address it. read more

I love Quiznos, plain and simple. The only thing that really sets any of them apart is 1) The people that work there and 2) The freshness of the ingredients. The latter is hardly ever a cause for concern. The folks here always get the order right. They aren't the most friendly but they are nice "enough." They aren't rude or anything but I guess you could say they are reserved. My fiancé reluctantly came to pick up lunch for us today at this Quizno's location. The last time he picked up lunch at this location, he was rushed through ordering his food, received very impersonal service from the staff, and ended up with an incorrect order. He decided to give it another try today, and regretfully received subpar service again. There was only one employee working when he came around 1:30pm. Alvin was very unfriendly when taking my fiancé's order, and even muttered "stupid" under his breath when he turned away from my fiancé to make his sandwich. How unprofessional!! While we love Quizono's food, we will not be returning to this location, nor recommending it to our friends, due to the lack of service. read more
