The food was good, I had a bowl with shredded beef. The beef had flavor that didn't overtake all the other flavors. What did over take were some of the bites I had that tasted bitter. I think it may have been some of the cucumber. I loved the portions I was served. The server always asked if the portions were good enough, and when I did ask for more of one ingredient she added a lot more which I appreciated. The atmosphere was small and quiet. I've gone here enough times for this place to warrant a review. I try to order from here once if not twice every single week because this place is just that good! No matter what you get, all the ingredients taste so fresh! You honestly cannot go wrong with anything here. One time, I randomly ordered the curry bowl and let it sit in the fridge for over 24 hours and then decided to eat it for dinner, and it was still so fresh!! I do have some cons about this place, but not enough to take off a star. 1. Sometimes I notice the bowls aren't as full as other times. I guess it depends on who prepares your meal. 2. I don't like that they limit how many things you can get for each category. I wish it was unlimited, as long as it fits in the bowl. 3. They're closed on Sundays! One time I was craving this on a Sunday and was so sad to find out it was closed. 4. Their packaging and lids are super cool, but I don't end up finishing my bowl every time and want to take it to work for lunch the next day. I always have to find another way to store my leftovers because the lid doesn't reseal. I love that they have online ordering!! And it's ALWAYS ready for pickup when I arrive at the store. They have a small menu but with plenty of options. Even an option to customize your own bowl. I went with the Grilled Chicken Wrap and it was very flavorful. The only thing I wish or should have request was they warm up the pita bread. Other than that it was very solid! It was exactly what I was wanting for dinner. They had dessert and I had to try the Baklava. I've had several versions of it but this was very flaky and just the right amount of sweetness. It could have used more nuts I feel like. We both chose to do build your own bowls and holy cow they were huge. I would like to start off by saying their shredded lamb is SO good. It was tender, juicy, melt in your mouth. It paired so well with the bowl, I'm glad we got this option. We also played it safe and got the curry chicken. I figured it was going to be an okay option. I was wrong, the curry chicken was flavorful, juicy, and probably some of the best chicken I've had at any establishment like this (cava, chipotle, freebirds, etc). The quality of the food here is just above and beyond and the prices are very reasonable for how much you get.
