Food was great. It was very clean. The issue was the man working with the leg scooter. He was incredibly disrespectful and condescending towards his coworkers to which was really awkward to listen to while we were eating. The girl at the register was new and he kept impatiently telling her what to do instead of appropriately training her how to work the register. I hope he can get the proper training on leadership development, how to training properly, and customer service. He's an embarrassment to your establishment. Also, he kept yelling at the girl at the register that she needed to answer the phone bc every time he would have to stop to answer the phone he had to take his glove off and then re-glove, however, while he had gloves on he still kept touching his glasses on his face and his gloves hands were on his scooter... make it make sense. read more

IMO, firehouse is the top choice for a good sub. The bread is super fresh, always super friendly and clean, and the price point is fair for the subs. My Italian was delicious, the medium was a generous size. read more

I have a severe gluten allergy and their website allowed me to order gluten free bread online and let me pay for it. I only found out they didn't have the bread I needed when I arrived and proceeded to tell me I could only get my refund by fighting for it through their support line and not knowing exactly if or when I would. For super slow service. Nobody in line in front of us. Ordered two small subs, took nearly 20 mins. Subs were ok - nothing spectacular. I wont be back simply because it took so long and the apparent reason is because of online orders. Make the "real" people, with money in their hand, standing at your "order here" line your priority. Went in to order some food on a Friday evening. The place was completely empty . I go to order and the douche bag manager tells me it will be 25 minutes because they have 6 door dash orders ahead of me . Don't you think a walk in customer should be the 1st priority?? Best meat ball sub! This was our first time getting Fire house sub. I got a medium meatball and was only able to eat half! It was delicious. My husband got a Large New York Steamer, and he is a big guy and is usually still looking for food, however he ate half of his and was satisfied. He actually had to put half of it away for lunch tomorrow. The meats were plentiful and the bread was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered online. When I arrived my order was not ready. There was one other customer in the store and 5 people "working". There was no explanation or apology for my order being 15 minutes past the guaranteed time. The pickle was disgusting, may have been old. The Mac and cheese was not hot. Haven't been to Firehouse in a couple years, we find it kind of pricey. May be pricier than Subway, but honestly the subs are way better. This location wasn't super busy, and they seemed to have a lot of people working there. It was super clean and the staff was all well dressed and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We were treated well. We went with a Hero combo and a Brisket combo. Overall, great subs. Just a tip though, go a little easier on the condiments, a tad too much mayo, bbq sauce, etc.. there was honestly too much of all of them and made for a very sloppy meal. $5 for a 4 inch sub and $10 for a 12 inch sub is pretty pricey in my opinion. We ordered 3 subs, no drinks or sides and the bill was like $17.... they were good, but not worth the price. Plus it took forever to get our food. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn't worth the price or the wait. read more

Stopped in for lunch on Friday 7/21/17 - Line was out the door. Menu selection for the amount of subs they had is pretty nice. Chose the Hero sub without mustard. Restaurant was very busy because it's new. Sandwich arrived and way heavily coated in mayonnaise. A little mayo goes a long way. Next time I'll ask for much less. I thought it was interesting how the meats are steamed. Their meat products are deli products in the truest sense. I wasn't a major fan of the turkey on my sandwich, and I wasn't a fan of the roast beef at all. It all just seemed a little sloppy. I'll give it a try again down the road, I'm sure there is a product on the menu which is excellent and I just missed out on it. read more

Fast service. Great choices. Very clean and friendly environment. Several workers to accommodate the lunch crowd and save waiting An hour for food. My 3 large subs were well packed and survived the long ride home to have for dinner. Quality food at a reasonable price for whatever size you get. read more

OK no problem, i got there in about 20 minutes and waited another 30 minutes for my 1 sub. Terribly disappointed on that.I dont mind the prices because the subs are outstanding and loaded with meat.I just think they need to come up with a better system with call in orders,people just walking in and online orders.Maybe have more help there to make the subs??When i went in today there was just 2 guys making the subs.Need more than that with the big orders they are getting.I will be back tho... Just finally got around to trying this place today for the first time. My sub was excellent! With so many places around that sell subs I was pleased to find another one that's better than the rest (Jimmy John's is another). Definitely worth trying and I'm definitely going back. read more
