I am a huge Jimmy John fan and eat there quite often , however I stopped at the Washington PA location, at Manifold and Rt19 and ordered my favorite; a Vito #5 with hot peppers. The sandwich I got was unlike any I had had at other locations! The bread was stale and no hot peppers and the sandwich was dry. If you have stopped there for take out, This is not a Jimmy John's experience! Go elsewhere! read more

I really enjoy Jimmy John's. It's always been my favorite sandwich chain so im bias. With that being said the service is pretty fast. They usually have kids working and they're always working. The parking lot it small and tight but it's never so busy you can't pull in. I only get the veggie and every time it's fresh and tastes amazing. I always have many customizations and they never miss. It's definitely not the worst one I've been too. If you like JJs this one will be just fine for you. read more

I've ordered from Jimmy John's in the past but today was horrible. I placed an order at 12:15 and I called at 12:50 and again at 1:05 - I was told the order was on the truck. At 1:10, the driver called to tell me the order was "at the side door" because of construction. There's no construction. There was no order at any door. I called and discovered the order was delivered to the wrong address. The manager tried to say I gave them the wrong address. I did not. Why would i give them the wrong address? The man who took my order didn't even ask me for an address-he said "I have it right here!" But I gave it to him anyway. And I prepaid with a 20% tip! I asked for a refund, and was told I could either have the refund or the food. The manager was disrespectful and rude. No lunch is worse this hassle! read more

If you're a plain Jane who likes a sandwich as basic as can be, then jimmy johns is for you. They only have one kind of bread (Italian), one kind of cheese (provolone), and one condiment (mayo) But somehow, it works! The subs are very good and it's true what they say: they are FREAKY FAST. You will get your sub in less than 5 mins from the time you place the order to when they wrap it and hand it to you. I am not giving them 5 stars because I wish they offered more of a variety, and a better parking situation. read more

I love how fast this location is! I feel that every time I am there, even if there is a line, my food is ready within minutes! I just tried the $3 Little John today, which is the smaller version of their larger subs, and it was great! Parking can be confusing if you aren't from the area. There are two spots in front of the restaurant. Around back, there is more parking as well. read more

Delicious, fresh bread and large portions. One of the best quick lunches available in the area. Definitely get the phone app for easy ordering and rewards. I've never had a bad experience here. This Jimmy Johns and the one in Oakland are the best in the city - hands down. I even prefer their roast beef to Primanti's and it's so fast. Recently I switched to the 9-grain whole wheat bread and it's baked to perfection. They've also added a number of new many items. The staff here is super cool and you can tell they care about quality. Highly recommended if you're passing through Washington on Rt. 19. You won't find a better, quicker lunch anywhere. read more

Today we stopped at Jimmy John's for lunch. We placed our order and moved down the counter to get our food. We were shocked that one of the employees making sandwiches was not wearing a mask. We asked why not and were rudely told: "It's a free country!" Not only was the employee rude and dismissive, but he encouraged a customer to mock us as well. Masks are for the protection of all and I would think someone serving food would wear a mask for customer protection! We cancelled our order and will not be back. read more

I am a fan of the subs here and the little time it takes to get what you need and get out. This place places a high value on opportunity cost for the customer and when I am busy, I value that greatly. The Vito and the Italian night club are my two favorite sandwiches. When I want to sub for lunch, this is the place I go. Jimmy Johns has locations everywhere we travel to, so I've been to many of them, and the consistency from one location to another is remarkable. They use superior ingredients and everything is always fresh and prepared with impressive speed. I especially like the "un-wich", which is any of their sandwiches made as a lettuce wrap instead of with bread. Yeah, it's iceberg lettuce, but I appreciate it anyway. Quiznos used to be my favorite sandwich shop, but Jimmy Johns has taken their place. read more

After a long day my sister and I just stopped here for A quick sandwich. we were quite displeased when we approached the door only to find that it was locked in an employee inside yelled out to us abruptly "we're closed"! So I have been getting delivery from there for the past few months. Today I call and they take my order, confirmed my address charged my card then called to say that I was too far. I am 2.2 miles away. Spoke to manager who was just rude. So I'm not sure what is going on as they have been continuously delivering to my 2.2 mile address. I still have not been credited back. I eat at Jimmy Johns a couple times a week. I always get the gargantuan. The sub is great. The price is a little high. Compared to Subway though I get a lot more for the price. If you're in at the right time you can be in and out in a few minutes. The staff is always friendly and have never had a problem. The parking at this location is terrible. Very poor service. I have not been in the store to know what to do. I placed my order. My hoagie was thrown down on the counter. I had to ask for a cup for my drink and where the chips were. Staff stood with their backs to customers in their own conversation. I had take out. When I opened my sandwich it was tuna-not turkey.
