Not the prettiest looking sandwich but the flavor was definitely there. Bread was a bit soggy which kinda held it back, but that's a given with ordering ahead.

Nothing more than solid. The food is pretty good and I would go back and have gone back but it's nothing that sweeps you off your feet. I ordered the teriyaki sub and cheesy bread which I got for under 10 dollars which is a good price but the 6 inch overall is a pretty small sub. The cheesy bread tastes good and would recommend getting it. 3.4 rating rounded down to a 3.

Fries are soggy and full of grease.

While they have sub par subs. Their fries are even worse. I got a bucket of greasy soggy fries that weren't even edible. My fingers were greasy to the touch and they stunk of grease like it hasn't been changed in days.

Nothing less than 5 stars. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the sandwich was AMAZING. Ordering was quick and easy, we waited about 4 minutes for our subs to cook, then sat down to eat. Christian music, warm atmosphere, very clean. I went back in today, same deal. Great service, good food. I can see myself going here weekly.

    Where's the beef??

I was starving and thought I would grab a sandwich. I've never eaten at one of these restaurants so I thought I would try it. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with mayo and lettuce. I put in my order. My sandwich, fries, and drink were $12.04!!!! My thought was, "It had better be worth it!" My food was delivered a short time later. The fries were freshly cooked. My sandwich had cheese, lettuce, and mayo but the steak part . . . It was hard to find. A whole lot of bread with a tiny portion of steak. It was definitely NOT worth $12.04. Ridiculous. One star for fresh fries and one star for great service. To use the old saying, "Where's the Beef?"

Steak and cheese with "awesome" fries :(

Not a fan. Stopped here because we have never tried their food. Smelled amazing and was told how awesome the fries are by an employee behind the counter. Unfortunately the fries were not awesome. They were not even good. What is up with places over cooking fries??!? They're fries. :( There were pictures all over the walls of delicious looking sandwiches. I got a squashed mess. Oh well.

Looks good, first time they brought me my sandwich it had cheese on it after saying tuna mayo lettuce and onion only.

They have trouble understanding your order if it's not the normal way of making it. Wifi doesn't work with my iPhone. The tuna did taste very good and I was happy that they went back and fixed my sandwich also they toasted it without telling me that that's what they do so I was a little disappointed there, I might try them again.

Don't follow after me - get here as soon as you can! It was amazing! I got the lunch special today which was half a sandwich and a bowl of soup, I chose the monte christo and french onion. Sandwich was delicious. No one around here has a monte christo permanently on their menu, so anytime I see it on a special I try to get it. The french onion soup was out of this world, the best I've ever had. I was hesitant at first because the cheese is not charred, but the soup was stellar & full of flavor. I also tried the wedding soup which was just as delicious and chock full of meatballs (my favorite part)! Lunch was ready for pickup in 15 minutes, and they kept the bags in a warming spot for me until I arrived. Soup was still piping hot when I got home. I can't wait to try more soup!

This is the worst primantis I've EVER been too. I have been to at least 4 different primantis and…read morehave NEVER been as disrespected as I was at this location. We came in after a round of golf to relax and have a bite to eat. The meat portions on our sandwiches were so small that any cook there should've been embarrassed to serve it. As you can see from the picture, and please note, it's supposed to be a tall boy which means extra meat, there is nothing on the bun except the hard green tomato and a slice of crappy deli. They also should've just apologized in advance when serving us that our supplier gave us terrible tomatoes so we left them off the sandwich. Every other primantis I have been too has had atleast double this tiny "portion" size of meat. We're literally paying extra for a bigger sandwich and yet we got a slice of meat on a bun. Out of character for my boyfriend, he said something to the bartender about there being no meat. And she reluctantly said I'll request a new one. Then, prior to receiving the new sandwich, the bartender confronted us about the size of the sandwich, like we were being difficult, and continued with it was pre-portioned to be the same size as all other Primantis locations and would not be larger or better. All we took from this is its pre-made the day before and not fresh in any way. Given that all we said was, there's no meat and a green tomato on my bun, which is not our normal experience at Primantis, we're disappointed. She then said, If you want, Ill take both sandwiches off the bill so you'll have a free sandwich. You know, the sandwich we never ate!!! All my boyfirend said was yes, take it off the bill and close us out. And he did say its not a free sandwich if I didn't eat it!! Too bad Jim Patrinos doesn't still own the business as he would be so embarrassed at what this primantis has become. The manager (Ryan) did come over, without us requesting, to address our experience. So clearly he was clearly alerted to our dissatisfaction. He apologized profusely, made a completely new sandwich, even though we said no thanks as we needed to leave, and comped part of our check that we had already paid. Obviously to anyone reading this, Primantis will only go so far for the consumer and must be in horrible financial straights since they should've comped the whole bill. What's two drinks to a company this size, right? Well, apparently they will go out of business if you get a extra slice of meat or drink to make up for them serving you what is unacceptable for any consumer. It will take a lot for me to visit a Primanti's in the future. Their food has been going down hill for years and barely edible.

Not too busy so the waitress was very quick to greet me and get my drink. I ordered a beer while i waited for my fish. It came out very quickly and was hot and fresh.
