The customer service was terrible to the extent I walked out before ordering!!! I walked in on 4/28/26 at about 5:30 pm. Not only was I not greeted when I entered (the server was right next to the door), she proceeded to ignore me again by walking past me without saying a word. Stopped by for lunch on a weekday afternoon, and it was pretty empty. When I ordered at the counter, employee was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the hook and ladder sandwich by itself, and it was very filling and tasty. The vegetables for very fresh, and there was a good person of meat in the sandwich! There are so many options on the menu with a variety of protein choices, vegetables, sauces, etc. There are a lot of tables back, and said 2 to 4 people comfortably, and you can also move the tables to accommodate larger groups. Went in for my T-Mobile tuesday bogo deal. When I got in I asked how to redeem it and they told me they ended it yesterday but on the T-Mobile app it says it ends Jan. 12, 2026 @11:59 pm. I let them know this then asked them about why they ended it and said the GM has the authority to not adhere to the deals. Plus the toasters broken. All of the staff in the inside looked very unprofessional. One looked like he just crawled out of bed and th other looked like they do drugs. Was really looking forward to eating a sub from here but this place has really gone down hill. Ambiance is terrible due to the workers. If I could give this location 0 stars i definitely would. Oof. This was my first time trying at Firehouse subs and simultaneously my last. I ordered a 9" Club on a Sub, No Mayo, sub. Cheddar, add jalapeño and caramelized onions. I received a Club on a Sub drenched in mayo, no bacon, no caramelized onions. Returned and they remade it this time drenched in deli mustard, no bacon , 2 jalapeños, brown lettuce on weirdly undercooked and somehow stale tasting bread. It's been a few years since I've been to my "favorite" Firehouse Subs location. This visit, though, was less than impressive. I have ordered my food online 20 minutes in advance. By the time I showed up, I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for my order. Plus, it was a long line, just waiting to order. The 1st thing I ordered was The New York Steamer, which is my favorite sandwich from Firehouse Subs. This time around, my corned beef was tough, almost like shoe leather, my wheat bread soft, on the verge of being tough. I was sad by the time I took my 1st bite. The 2nd thing I ordered was the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar, and it was the same result as my New York Steamer. The beef was tough, and the bread was on the verge of being tough. The service could've been better, no "Hello, welcome to Firehouse Subs." When I didn't hear that, something felt off. I found out that everyone was either waiting to order or waiting on food. They were fixing a huge order for a person who ordered at the last minute. There was an apology hoping that the food was worth the wait. Sadly, it wasn't. This has got to be the worst Firehouse I've ever been to! From the very beginning, the guy who took our order had a bad attitude and could not get our order right. We ordered the steak and cheese subs and while waiting for our order, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the soap dispenser wasn't working and the sink and toilet looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time, absolutely disgusting! I have eaten at several Firehouse locations across the southeast, this was the worst sandwich I have ever received. The bread wasn't done, the sandwich was soggy. It had little flakes of lettuce throughout the sandwich even though I didn't have lettuce on my sandwich. Everything felt dirty, they didn't have ice. The new pepperoni pizza meatball sub sandwich is top notch delicious. I really enjoyed it. I also picked up the turkey bacon ranch sub. I asked for no onions. Add olives and pepper. It clearly says it on the receipt. I received the sandwich full of onions and no olives or pepper. Now I know it's not a big deal, but if they offer a section on a the mobile app where you can make changes, the staff should be able to accommodate. Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time and this will be the last time. I placed the order online which was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. My partner ordered a small and it was small. The bread for my sandwich was old and stale. The roast beef had no flavor and was very dry. The onions had a twangy flavor with light green and brown lettuce. In short, the sandwich was awful. Customers have only 2 choices of bread: white and whole wheat. Subway has nothing to fear as Subway's sandwiches in my opinion are much better and a better value. UPDATE! Having never eaten at a Firehouse subs myself, wife and 88 year old mother decided to give it a try. We arrived about 11:15 and were greeted when we came in. The positive experience would end there. We told the older gentleman making subs that this was our first time eating at a Firehouse sub. After waiting about 5 minutes just standing at the register the young kid ask us what we would like. After ordering my wife saw a card about the rewards program and we ask him about it and how it works. He did not have a clue so he ask the guy making the sandwiches and he told us it was an app you went thru. I showed him that I had a flip phone (yes go ahead and laugh) and then he did not know and ask someone in the back. They did not know and ask another person and they said just go online and MAYBE it would tell you. Drop the ball number one. As I was waiting and waiting and waiting for our subs to be made the older gentleman had to keep going from making subs to working the register. I was just standing there reading the menu and saw the older man keep his gloves on and handle money, credit cards, scratch his head and then proceed to start making our subs without changing them. DISGUTING,DISGUSTING,DISGUTING. Drop the ball number two. I went to the register and after standing there right in front of this middle aged women for about two minutes she finally acknowledged me and ask me what I wanted to order. I told her I had already ordered and that I wanted my money back and that I wanted to leave. She rudely told her coworkers to stop the order. She then proceeded to give me my cash back. SHE NEVER ONCE ASK ME WHY I WANTED MY MONEY BACK OR IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG AR IF WHE COULD HELP IN ANY WAY. That was just Unbelievable to me !!! Drop the ball number three. This location is rough. Firehouse used to be fairly nice for fast food but it seems every location I visit is going downhill. The sweet tea was broken. Unsweetened was empty. Today, for example, I went in and ordered two subs. The only modification I requested was no onions on one sub. It took 30 minutes to get two subs. When I placed the order, the guy at the counter was watching the front door; instead of looking at me.
