This company came to my home and measured for my fireplace door incorrectly by their representative. He initially tried to blame me for the error however the dimensions did not match up. The rep tried to blame me and tell me that I was going to cover up with drywall over parts of the sides of my door. There are vents there so how could I possibly cover the vents with drywall?? They then apologized and said they would build a new door. When I had to reach out to them on the status I asked for them to send a picture before they came out to install. It appears as though all this company did was make the frame around the glass door much larger and this was not the agreement. When I spoke with management he asked how they could make it right after agreeing the frame was huge I asked for my deposit back and he agreed. When I followed up on how he would refund me he then said the owner said no way. They are not refunding me. When I sent a message to the representative he said the owner would call me and The owner never did. All I can say is buyer please beware. I will be taking next steps to get my refund on my deposit. The manager also in his last text message to me and told me "good luck". read more

You know the type... the one that has the brass edging, folding tempered glass doors, and mesh screen. I called and said I was interested and wondered how much it would cost. Got a quick response and decided to proceed. Danny came out to measure and provide a price to make and install the new door. He had me watch a video on You Tube to see how they do the install. Then had me select a style, design and color. He then measured and provided me with a cost. No deposit required. These are all custom made to order in the USA. After several emails between the office and a salesman to determine who had to make the appointment, the salesman called on a Friday to set it up for the following Tuesday afternoon. He texted me the day before our appointment to confirm. We waited all afternoon that Tuesday but he never showed up. I complained to both the salesman and the office about the no-show. He explained the quality of the materials he used, how/why he installs panels that are removable (to keep cold air from coming in during the cold months when you're not using your fireplace) and how each piece is hand made specifically to properly fit your opening. We placed our order with confidence. The door was finished, delivered and installed on time and the quality was superior to anything we could have imagined. Unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for the week before Thanksgiving. The night before they were to come out they called to reschedule. The next appointment they never showed up for and never called. They called tonight to schedule another appointment and I informed them about the cancelled appointment and the no show. They seemed surprised that we ever even had any appointments scheduled and I was told one guy covers the whole state of Texas and he's really busy. I told them I didn't want to schedule another appointment just to have them cancel again and they basically told me that was fine they're too busy anyways. Really disappointing. read more
