I review Service, ambiance and of course FOOD!! Ambiance (5 stars) it was nice and clean here, we actually were the only ones at first and others walked in later but it was overall clean and smelled fresh. Service (5 Stars) we don't have to wait long and our drinks were always full. Granted we had nothing but water but they made sure our cups were full. The waitress was helpful. Food (4 Stars) I order the Oxtails, peas and rice with cabbage and plantains with a side of mac and cheese with a Jamaican beef patty. Now the food was flavorful the thing that upset me the most was my beef patty was microwaved and the carrot cake was microwaved so much it literally was destroyed that I couldn't eat it (I got it to go and didn't discover it until I got in the car and my wife was wondering why the container was so hot) we looked and I was saddened because they were doing so good with dinner. If I go again I will let them know to please don't microwave my food, it takes away from the creditability of an establishment. I would go back for the main dishes.

For 24 dollars it is not worth it at all. The festival was burnt. The cabbage was amazing and the reason why this place gets one start. If I had a plate of just cabbage I would have been happy. One thing I love about Ms. Myrie is that she actually comes to the front (often) to interact with her customers and she is the one doing the cooking. Because it was so much oil and so greasy and very gravy heavy on the rice I would rate the meal 4/10. This place definitely has potential to be great.
