The invoice was sent two days later from an unfamiliar email address that did not identify the company or the technicians, which added to the confusion. Finally, the companies accounting department reached out, leaving multiple voicemails to address payment due. When I called to address the charge, I expressed my concerns about the lack of upfront communication. They are a small company but have been growing very quickly over the last several years. I know this because I first contacted them about some landscaping concepts three years ago. At the time I think the company was scarcely more than a father and son operation. I didn't follow through with that effort but recently called upon them for another different job. They have grown significantly, I am sure from word-of-mouth, and now have multiple logo-wrapped trucks. I've been gut-renovating, almost exclusively DIY, a 100+ year old house. The front porch was brick stairs but they were in bad shape and had uncomfortable tread and riser dimensions. The young man Abraham from Rosete Hardscapes had some excellent ideas about how to retain the existing base but enhance the design with additional concrete, brick, and limestone. Let us know everything we needed asap to stop more water erosion, and didn't pressure us to get any other work done immediately. Well, we bought the house to use the fireplace, so we got everything done, from crown to flu repair.
