There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard.
