Unfortunately, a landscaper misjudged how much his trailer stuck out and he managed to clip my truck - but just the wheel (see attached photos). As you can see, it looked like the metal had pierced the tire. It looked to me like the tire would need to be repaired or replaced or maybe it was OK. I was pretty sure that Firestone could handle it and I told the landscaper that I would let him know if there were problems, but I didn't think there would be. I dropped it off at Firestone and asked them to check it out. They evaluated it and said the tire had not been pierced and that it was safe to drive - and even better news, it was no charge! As I had bought the tires there, they would not accept any payment for the evaluation of the tire. I have been rollin' ever since with no problems. It did take some time for them to get to my truck - but they let me know that when I dropped it off (probably at 1PM) and called to let me know when it was ready (~4PM). As I have come to expect, they were polite and professional. I am a huge fan of the 600 E Stacy Firestone. I have also taken advantage of their free air check/fill. On 08/31/2025, I brought my vehicle to here for diagnostics and repair. I was charged $1,267.20 which including $757.99 for the alternator. Firestone claimed my battery was failing, but this was proven inaccurate by a same-day second opinion from Costco Auto Center, which confirmed the battery was functioning normally. Additionally, Firestone's technicians failed to properly reinstall a key component of my air intake system after service, creating a potential safety and performance hazard. This was verified and corrected by another branch at Rowlett. The pricing for parts and service also far exceeded standard market rates in my area, and I believe I was misled into approving unnecessary and overpriced repairs based on a faulty diagnosis.I have sent several Emails to the company but have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. I brought our Honda Odyssey to this Firestone location and paid for their "Lifetime Alignment" package. The vehicle has all OEM suspension components and has had the same wheels and tires for the past six years--never had an alignment issue before. After their alignment service, the van drove poorly and within just 700 miles, the inside edge of the front tire was completely chewed up. We drive a lot due to our kids' sports and school activities, so this kind of wear was immediately noticeable. I returned 11 days later to report the issue and showed them the excessive tire wear. I was told the alignment would be corrected and that the manager would follow up with me. Instead, I received two calls from a salesperson trying to sell me a replacement tire with a 10% discount. She admitted she hadn't looked at the vehicle or the tire and was unaware of the situation. On the second call, she informed me that the assistant manager had decided to refund the alignment cost rather than fix the alignment or replace the damaged tire. I reviewed the pre-service inspection with her, which showed no tire wear issues at the time of drop-off. The front tires were measured at 6/32" across the tread with no signs of inner wear. Now, just 11 days later, the inner edge is dangerously worn due to their poor alignment. This suggests either their alignment equipment is out of calibration or their technicians lack the necessary skill to perform alignments properly--either scenario is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I'm extremely disappointed. My vehicle is in worse condition now than before I brought it in. I do not recommend this location for any service. If you do go, inspect your vehicle thoroughly afterward--which defeats the purpose of trusting a professional service center. Very unhappy ex-customer. read more

Avoid this place! Went in for front end alignment was called and told it was ready. I paid and got the results of the alignment and it was not completed. They told me I'd be just a minute and waited over an hour for them to complete when they had already told me it was done. After getting the chart showing everything was good the car still pulls hard to the right. Obviously, they don't know how to do alignments. Before I knew what trash service I was going to get I dropped off my 2014 Silverado as well to have a AC actuator replaced. Get a call saying the truck is done. Pick up the truck and the media screen no longer works. They asked me to wait around while they try to figure out their mistakes. read more

Firestone was wonderful! I came here at the recommendation of my colleague who said that this location has never done her wrong and will patch a tire until it's really time to replace it. I was under the impression that I had a hole in my tire, so I came here to check, and they checked it out within 30 minutes. Nothing was wrong, so they didn't make me pay for it. Too kind! I've also experienced being talked down to at car repair shops as a woman who knows nothing about cars, and I did not experience this here. I definitely would stop by here if you're having car trouble. I'm not giving five stars because when I made my appointment online (which was very easy), I asked for a certain time and the confirmation email they sent me had a different time. Nobody called or contacted me to ask if that time worked for me, and I had to move some stuff around to make it. Also, their waiting area is quite small and they don't seem to have public wifi. Very disappointed, as I tried to give Firestone a second chance after previous negative visit a couple years ago (different location). I was a frequent customer, brand credit card and all. But after my recent experience... I'm never going back! Took in vehicle for standard oil change. They called to recommend extra services (new tires etc), told them thank you for the heads up; we will continue our research, and only the standard oil change please. Went to pick up the car and pay, they say it's $94. Reasoning.. "oh we put in full synthetic". Not once did we request for full synthetic, nor did they ask if we wanted the upgraded oil change. Sticker in the car even had our previous conventional oil used. As a woman, they are going to try to suggest unnecessary packages to you. My recommended services that I received after.. $2,475. For a 2.5 year old car LOL. During these difficult times you would think a company would try to build back clientele by providing honest and trustworthy service. Only use when you don't have any other choice. I took my car in for them to check out rattling noise from front end. They said a diagnosis would be $79. Why the cost when they routinely find 2 or 3 questionable things that need to be fixed with a routine oil change? Obviously they want extra business, so why the charge for telling me what exactly needs to be fixed? I took the car to NTB and they diagnosed it for free and yes it needed some front end work and a new alignment for a total of 400. I guess that 79 diagnosis fee cost firestone 400. read more

Witnessed one guy answering phones and putting calls on hold to take care of the people in person who are standing there waiting- the other guy Shawn answered calls in the middle of helping an in person customer and helped the person on the phone first! I experienced a "tire" mishap on Sunday afternoon(October 27, 2019) and was able to kind of glide my way to the closet tire repair shop which was Firestone in Allen (Stacy Rd). It was pretty close to their closing time and they were still working with customer who were waiting. And despite the crunch, they helped me. The staff was professional and courteous. They looked at my tire, educated me on the issue, put the spare on and gave me three very good quotes for four new tires. I purchased four new tires from another tire shop on Monday. My reason was NOT because of anything that Firestone (Stacey Rd) did, but because I had a discriminating experience with Firestone (McKinney/75) in September that unnerved me. I wrote a letter to Corporate and NEVER received a reply, a call, apology-NOTHING. Not only does all lives matter but all money as well. read more

I've been taking my cars to this location for many years. Have spent lots of money at this location. The last couple of times going to this one my husband and I have had a bad feeling. We felt like it was shady and we were being lied to. My tire pressure alert came on yesterday. I had the alert come on in less than a month so figured my tire had something in it. The back left was at 25 psi. My husband found a piece of metal in the back left tire. He took it to this location yesterday and pointed this out to one of the guys. He even made the comment it might be too close to outside for a plug but tech would verify if it could be plugged. They said they only had one tech and couldn't get to tire. Made an appointment for this morning at 9. Never heard back. Husband called at 12. Fellow said tech found nothing in tire. Paper work also showed my other tires were low. They were just filled yesterday to 35 psi. I don't think I would lose 10 psi in 2 of the tires in less than 24 hours unless there were leaks detected from objects. I decided to go to the Firestone on Greenville and Bethany. And big surprise, they found a piece of metal in my back left tire. They plugged it and all is great. I guess the Stacy road location didn't want to actually look at my tire. We will never go back to that location. We will now be going to the Greenville and Bethany location. 6/19/2023. Do not take your car here for oil changes. The coupon on their website shows $29.99. I get that some cars use full synthetic oil and use more than 5 quarts (which is their reason for their ridiculous pricing when they finish). My car uses 6.9 quarts of full synthtic oil. My total bill after they applied a $10 coupon on "my behalf" was $171.50. When I asked for an explanation, it was due to the "European Oil Needed" for my car. Ok, they put Penzoil in my car! I called Bmw of Plano and it would have cost me $151.62 at the dealership! The local Kwik Kar in Lucas, Tx gave me a price of $102.85 with the same "European Penzoil". I've never in my life (53 years) paid $171.50 for an oil change. This came from their Allen Tx store located at 600 Stacy Rd. If you can't trust them for an oil change, I would never let them work on any of my vehicles. read more

I had a flat tire. I took my vehicle to this place to fix the tire and they told me that they couldn't fix my tire and that I needed to buy a $400 new tire. I declined, and they put the spare tire on my car, which I appreciate. I went to another location. When they looked at my tire, they put air into it and tested for leaks, but they didn't find any problem with the tire. I find Firestone at this location to be very dishonest and only wanting to sell you an expensive tire rather than take care of a customer. read more

Not recommended! Brought truck in to simply install 4 tires. Ended up having to come back 3 times that day. The TPM showed 1 tire as flat. They told me to drive it longer and it would fix itself, which it didn't. Then claimed the sensor battery was dead, which is funny because it worked fine when I first brought the truck in. Then they accused me of lying about it working when I brought it in. They finally replaced it. Next day the truck drives funny, so I took it to the dealer. The balance was done totally wrong, and the alignment was way off. Had to pay someone else to fix all the things they screwed up. Lesson learned - avoid at all costs. read more

Be aware, especially if you are female, this shop is overcharging for repairs. The staff is rude. I was traveling on business and my wife called - her car window went off track. Having had this happen before I told her it would probably need a replacement window regulator and sent her to this shop to have the work performed. She called me the next day to say they wanted over $600 to do the job. This included over $300 for a $110 part, a $65 diagnostic fee, and $195 for labor. I called Firestone and after a briefing on the costs I challenged the $65 "diagnostic fee". After a brief debate with Jeremy on the validity of the $65 diagnostic fee and inflated part cost he abruptly stated he would halt the job, my wife could come and pick up the vehicle. I called my wife to explain their position and to retrieve her car. Jeremy called back 5 minutes later to state the diagnostic fee must be paid. I told him he would need to wait until I returned to discuss the matter. I inquired about the status of the window and what they would do to protect it from rain in the interim. His response was the window might be up, or down, and not necessarily protected from rain if there was not room to pull the vehicle inside the shop. We debated the $65 fee again....I challenged the validity of this fee, explaining I had already decided what work was to be performed. Jeremy countered with my wife already authorized the fee, and if her signature was not authorized on my behalf he would call the police. Yes, true story. So I'm out $65 for placing my trust in Firestone to take care of my wife. Well, BYE BYE FIRESTONE! Thanks for lightening my wallet along with my trust. By the time my engine light came on it was too late. I could not prove their gross negligence and had to go through Chevy to get a new engine. This Firestone rips people off. Completely repairable tire puncture and they claim I need a new tire. First he tells me they cannot repair a puncture larger that 1/4", but the nail is smaller than that. So he then tells me that his boss told him they cannot repair the tire, but his boss is not there. Then he tells me that their liability insurance won't let them repair the tire. These guys are con artists. I recommend you go to anywhere but here.
