Took vehicle in for oil leak that was recently done. I was informed that the vehicle needed all of these other repairs before they could take care of the oil leak. Quoted $2,300 for full work. Explained all I needed was the oil leak addressed. Prices came down to $950 to address the oil leak. Conferenced original manager on the call and allowed the two Firestone locations to work it out. Long story short, they said they would put oil back in the vehicle so that I could return to the other Firestone store. The Firestone location on Headland didn't put any oil in as promised. I didn't make it 300 ft away from the location before the vehicle shut completely down and was inoperable. Had the vehicle towed to the dealership and fixed for $418. They found none of the issues that the Headland Firestone location quoted aside aftermarket parts that were faulty. DO NOT take your vehicle to this place. What could improve you ask? Tell whole truths to customers and stop urging folks into overspending for service that aren't needed. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover like most mechanics. Go see Randy, he was exceptional! Not only was the service top notch, they were incredibly helpful & even helped on the price multiple times. Horrible customer service never come here ever again. I came in just to get one tire change and I've been here for six hours. I watch 20 people come in throughout the day. Bring the cars and get it done and I'm still waiting. They're out here laughing and smoking weed. But not working on the one tire I need , they're up here blasting music like it's a barbecue. The parking lot is junky. you got the same employees walking around not doing anything for hours. I walked in and asked what's taking so long and I was told basically we have other important stuff to do and we will get to you . NEVER COME HERE !!! If you get a tire rotation I'd advise looking at your tires first to note which ones are which because they might not even rotate them. Has happened to me 2x while getting oil changed. read more

I will give this place an A- in taking care of my issues from our first encounter. They put a starter in my daughters car and even though they had to replace it twice since, they were upfront about the starters being defective, and replacing them. We recently took the car back to them for a seperate incident. They ran a diagnostic check and explained that the car needed a head gasket job and that they didnt perform that type of work. Recommened another mechanic to do the work, but we are leaning towards just getting another car. read more

We had to get off the interstate due to a low air pressure alert and we found this location. We were on our way to a tournament for our daughter. Everyone there was very professional and they immediately helped us with the repair. Our tire was repaired within 45 minutes and we were able to make our game. I went here for brakes because it is a National chain. Wrong move. It is $20 just for an inspection. It came back with a lot of extra items totaling $700. I am knowledgeable on auto repairs. Most of the work was not necessary. Basic brakes was $149 for pads & rotor turn. After some discussion, I was quoted $249 - balance was new rotors. Yes, you need them. Well, after more discussion, well maybe they can be turned one more time. Just a lot of typical auto repair scamming. One lady came in while I wqas waiting for an oil change. Writer left her sitting for 20 minutes and she finally left to go somewhere else. This is not a place I will ever go back to. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care located in the Greenbriers area did tire maintenance on my vehicle. While leaving Firestone Complete Auto on Headland drive my vehicle started squealing and lights flashing on dashboard. I notified management and scheduled appointment per request of service advisor Cornell which witness management deny responsibility for Technician 09 Willie damaging and switching out parts on vehicle during services. As a result , I was told by management that their just a worker and have no ownership to a Firestone , Which has left me perplexed at the lack of professionalism as well as services . I then was told go to another shop and contact corporate because I needed extra services for warranted items switch out during maintenance by technician Willie under the supervision of Cornell. This has left me in a doldrum state with Firestone people don't trust the name this location ripped me off and cracked jokes about selling my parts back to me , while I spoke to management. Thugs dress up in uniforms and shade tree mechanic certified. read more

Mechanics hands down is a must with Vehicles. You go in you trust their word and invest in your car. I went in to this Shop for a squeaking noise. They explained it's the struts and sway bars. They charged me $1,500. I payed with no hesitation. Got in my car I'll be damned if the same squeak was there. I took it back Lamar the Maniger said it's the lower control arm bushing. They took my car another 3 days and assured me this was the problem. They ripped out my struts, Sway bars, and lower control arms! I'll be damned when I came back the same squeaking sound was not gone. I told the head guy Lamar and he said we've done everything take it to Lexus. So I really paid all this money for no reason! Got the same problem and of course they tell me well we put new parts on your car so to bad sorry! read more

On October 3rd, I purchased a set of 4 new tires for my car and was having a bit of an issue finding a place that could install, align, and balance the wheels/tires, especially with my new work schedule. I searched all over the area of my job when the right place was basically down the street from my house. I called to get a quote, spoke with (excuse my bad memory if that's not his name) Steve, and got a good price compared to other places. The services were the installation, balancing for life (of the tires) and alignment for life (of the vehicle). When I dropped my car off after work at 5pm, one of the technicians said he could have it done by closing time, 7pm. I was surprised, but decided to let them keep it overnight so they won't rush. I got a call the next day at noon, as promised by another person working there, that my car was ready. So far no issues with the services they did, will provide any updates once I need to return for maintenance. Overall, I appreciated the good customer service and the swift turnaround time they offered for said services. read more

I was at this location yesterday for an oil change. I had a coupon for $19.99 for standard oil change. The lady said she can't give me for $19.99 and it will be $24.95. I didn't have time to argue, so I said go ahead. I was running late for work and told her I need to have it done in 30 minutes. She said it will be 35-40 minutes highest. After 40 minutes she came to tell me I need front two tires. I told her I'll do it later and please have my car ready. I saw my car was still up there even 10 minutes after I told her. I asked her again to have my car ready. She was eating fries and touching tires in front of customers, which I think is very unprofessional. I have been to other Firestones, but this is the worst ever in terms of customer service. Never going there again! read more

I went here to get an oil change and see what the deal was with my tire pressure light being on. The man at the counter (who's name escapes me at the moment) was so incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through what they would be doing and what each charge on my bill meant. He even walked me around the car after the service, before taking it off the lift, to show exactly what they had done and explain why the light had been on. When it ended up just being as simple as adding more air to the tire (hey, I'm new at this, how was I supposed to know?!), they did it free of charge with no extra cost for the diagnostics. As a young woman who's still working on grasping the whole adulting thing, it was really nice to walk out of here with the peace of mind that I hadn't been taken advantage of. read more
