I was told what the issue was from another Firestone in IN, then I came to this one for them to fix the issue, the guy said that it couldn't hold my vehicle with the weight for him to fix it, nothing changed from one store to the other! Online quote showed a decent deal once I got there they spent over 4 hours changing my tires yet I was the only customer there, they charged me an extra 400$ after the online quote had a firm price for everything including a realignment which they did not honor they charged me 200$ for it. I brought my Tacoma in on 5/23/2004 to have them check my brakes as they felt spongy. The tech and assistant manager said my brakes were "good", but they wanted to show me my rack and pinion was leaking. They quoted me $1500 for the repair and alignment, which is a fair price. I brought my truck in at 0900 on 5/29/2024 as scheduled for a 4-5 hour repair. I stayed there all day as they did the repair and they said they needed to keep it overnight as it was more complicated than they anticipated. I got a ride to the shop at 1130 on 5/30/2024 to pick up my truck and I was told it was not ready and they would call me in the afternoon to pick it up. I finally got my truck at 1645 in the evening minutes before they closed and they said all the truck was repaired. As I drove away I noticed the airbag sensor light was on in the dash. When I got home I looked it up on the internet. I quickly found that a common problem with rack and pinion replacements is the Clock Spring being broken if caution is not taken. An easy way to tell is to try the horn and if the horn does not work, then the Clock spring is broken. I called the Firestone immediately and a tech named Noah answered and told me to bring it in the morning. I brought the truck in at 0700 when they opened and showed the manager Jason O'Brian the Airbag Light and the horn not working. Jason immediately became defensive and said they did not touch the steering wheel. He said I could leave my truck with them for the day and they would take a look at it and tell me if they would fix it or not. I called the Firestone corporate office and they said they would get back to me in within 2 business days. I left the Firestone and drove down the street to Brakes Plus. I told brakes plus my airbag sensor light was now on after a rack and pinion replacement and the technician asked me if my horn worked. I do not recommend you bring your car to this Firestone for service for anything other than tires and an oil change. I am disappointed in Firestone as I have brought this same truck in for service at other Firestone's in Denver, Colorado and have always been satisfied with the repair work. read more

Three words: WEATHER GRIP TIRES!!! Jason recommended them, and I'm so glad I took his advice. As soon as I pulled out the Firestone parking lot, it started snowing pretty hard and I got anxious. But I didn't skid or slide a single time! There was an issue with my payment at the end (apparently $3500 is too much to spend all at once via Navy Federal) and Brittany stayed late to help me get it figured out. I so appreciate the customer service. Another plus? They have never tried to slide secret services in to make a buck. They do exactly what you ask and ask permission before doing anything else. Brand new tires got me feeling a lot more confident in this weather! So grateful to the crew. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for the first time today. The lady asked if I wanted a synthetic oil change and I told her NO. I said I wanted a conventional oil change. I came back an hour later to find out that they did a synthetic oil change!! Luckily for them I had already put my card in to pay. When I told her I didn't ask for that she said "well it's better." I asked if they could give me a refund or put it as credit towards the next service, this lady said "my manager said she isn't authorized to do it and only the store manger can do that but he isn't here right now." The car service was good and appreciate those guys but the customer service is absolute trash. I've dealt with people who have tried to scam me before at auto shops but I really did not feel like arguing with them today. I just left and will probably contact the store manager at some point. Not sure if I will be coming back here next time. I will not be recommending any of my family or friends to come here either. I get better service at Walmart Auto center. read more

I have now had 2 super negative experiences here. Another shop found that fire stone had over torqued my wheel and brake bolts by over 40 foot pounds. A scheduled simple flat repair took 2 hours to complete. The desk lady was very nice and has a great attitude but the business itself is poorly run and I can't recommend them at all. read more

Fire stone is great David worked around the schedule to help me to find an appointment time that worked for me. The waiting room has WiFi. The garage is clean and the mechanics did a great tune up on my car in a timely matter. Highly recommend. Edit: I had a low tire pressure alarm. I called and they fit me in right away to check it out. David didn't have any of my information so he didn't know I had been a prior customer and asked the mechanic to check it out for me, free of charge. Quality service! read more

Needed the battery replaced, they said they had what I wanted in stock, and that it would be about an hour, well two a half hours later they pulled my truck in to start the battery replacement, the excuse was that they did not have the battery in stock and it took that long to go and find one at another store, okay that's understandable, but the truck barely started, and died on the way home, I looked at it, and found that the negative battery cable was not tight, I tightened it, this fixed it, it's not that it was an easy fix it's the fact that I paid to have the job done correctly. read more

This should be 0 stars. My boyfriend went to get an alignment on his car. We went in and they said they could get it done the next day. Well, the next day they called and said that their tech wasn't available for 3 days. So, we scrambled to find another place. They told us to come pick up the car, due to liability. We were happy to do so, once we got off of work at 4pm. We told the tech on the phone that we would be there between 4-4:30pm. He said that was okay. So, we went to pick up the car, on the door they had a paper sign that said," closed at 4pm today." The tech never called us to tell us that he was closing early. They had parked his car inside and didn't mention anything. It was irritating! Why would they not be considerate enough to call us so we could make arrangements? Now, we can't get the vehicle to take it to another place! read more

My Ford F150 had a starting issue and I was able to get excellent service. Every person at this location is the nicest and best and they really did everything they could to make my service perfect. They fixed my truck and it runs better than ever. I could not ask for more. read more

Rant: DO NOT GO TO Firestone Complete Auto Care in Cheyenne! Long story-19yr old daughter took her car into Firestone Complete Auto Care to get an oil change. Older car but no issues prior. Oil change on Monday....she's driving home from work late Wednesday and it dies at a stop light. Thankfully she is able to get it started. She takes to brakes plus to have them test battery and alternator the next morning and they test fine! Needs more diagnostic testing and Brakes plus doesnt have any appts til May so we can get into Firestone Complete Auto Care on Saturday. She doesnt drive until Saturday and it dies going up the hill on Dell Range/Windmill. Have to tow it up the hill to Firestone Complete Auto Care (RAVE for Big Al's Towing). They then tell us it is the throttle body and that this has been discontinued for her car. They offer up NO solutions to my daughter...basically here's the issue, cant really help. I was at work during all this so I go in Sunday morning and speak with Brittany, the service manager, who I will RAVE about-she was awesome..totally kind and listened and offered to have another mechanic check it first thing monday morning. I call first thing Monday morning and talk with the store manger, Sean Boyer--RANT-he was not at all understanding- "Basically, this is the issue, i cant help" attitude. We get a tow truck (RAVE again to Big Al's Towing---they are soo nice and prompt) to haul it out. But, before leaving I go in and talk with Brittany again and I'm so frustrated-Sean the manager walks in with an apathetic attitude and says, "I did all i could". I said at this point it's not even a matter of if you could fix it..it was you didn't care about even offering solutions to my daughter. I even said, "What if this was your daughter or wife or mom--wouldn't you want someone to act like they cared?" Sorry for the book...so angry! I made an appointment and brought my car in on Saturday they were going to service it and I explain to them at the time I was making the appointment that they needed to check the sensor as my fan continue to run after the vehicle shut off when I brought it in on Saturday and it took an extraordinary long time 3 1/2 hours almost 4 to get the job done when I picked it up they had not done anything to check the sensor and they Only change the oil which was not the reason I sent it they're changing their cost me over 160 bucks I've never paid that not even in California on Tuesday coming home my car overheated and shut down causing damage to my engine I brought the vehicle back on Wednesday and I asked them if they service my vehicle why didn't they check the fluids they said it was not their job I finally found a place to fix the problems but there was more damage done because they were incompetent and I'm qualified I would not recommend this to anybody in fact I would encourage you not to take your vehicle there at all read more
