I brought my new wheels and tires here for a swap of my old ones. They only had to Dismount my old tires to get the sensors out and put them in the new ones. They called me that evening to tell me that the wheels did not fit which was not true because they are factory wheels. They proceeded to tell me that it did not fit the vehicle and then they tried to tell me the Lugnuts did not fit. I spent considerable time researching this and on the phone with Toyota only to confirm that they were the correct wheels and nuts would fit. I called back the next day to speak with the manager and he confirmed that they did fit on the vehicle but they had broken my sensor and had to replace it. I am not sure why they did this but I suspect that perhaps they may have been trying to get me to take my wheel somewhere else. Then it would be a hearsay situation where they would claim that perhaps they did not break my sensor. Not sure. Anyway I picked up the truck everything look good but they had not programmed the sensor to the vehicle so I had to return. Then I got my old wheels and found that they had left the broken sensor inside the wheel and it's rattling around. I do not have time to go back there a third time so I'm left with this three star review. I will say that they did a good job once they finally did the work and it balanced nicely. read more

I came in the other day for just an oil change & was met by Mark. He had a very abrasive attitude. Course I figured that was due to his northern background based on his accent. I went outside to wait and while I was standing near one of the empty bays, I smelled cigarette smoke. Odd since there was no designated smoking area. My dad worked in a shop for years & he always complained about NOT being able to smoke in the garage. Some law about not blowing people up. I take a few steps & I see Mark standing INSIDE the garage smoking! Then he continues to speak very derogatory using some strong, nasty language about the nice lady and her daughter who were in line ahead of me! (even the mechanics thought it was bad cause they walked away & Mark was laughing at his own statements. He has a distinct voice) I mean REALLY!!!! So I go back inside and ask the kid at the counter who the manager is. Yep you guessed it Mark! I was appalled that this is the manager! What kind of company hires such a non-professional, lewd & rude, slandering man who says derogatory things about women customers & breaking a law meant for the safety of all? This is management material? I know that had it been my wife & daughter he was talking about.... lets just say his nose would be so swollen he wouldn't be able to laugh. An elderly man refused to do a lifetime quality alignment for me today because "my car needed too much work" after I had made it clear that I had prepaid for this service and would not be putting anymore money into my car before purchasing a new one. 30 min later I went to pick it up with no work completed, and was also handed a quote with $1700 worth of work. I asked him if they had checked the tire pressure as I had requested up front when dropping it off. He replied with a yes. After confirming that I understood what was going on correctly; they were refusing to do work I had already paid for, I asked how the pressure was on the tires ...he fumbled a bit through the paperwork and stated that he could check the pressure himself. After waiting for him to check all four tires, as I suspected, the driver's side was low. The man never offered to have his guys fill them up for me(as they should have done in the first place and supposedly HAD done less than five min ago) I then questioned him again stating "so, they never did check the pressure then, did they?" he replied "well, once they realized no work could be done on the car, they stopped" mmm hmm...sounds to me that you're team is pretty lazy, that, or you never relayed to them on the front end that I wanted the tire pressure checked and adjusted. Needless to say, I'm not very happy with Firestone when I've been working with them for the past 8 yrs. read more

Today I got an oil change, I go there when nobody was there...I ask them when my car should be ready and the gentleman up front said an hour to an hour and a half, i've been there waiting for 3 hours. They put other people in-front of me based off of payment I guess because others needed tires or something and I need a $30 oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. Most likely never gonna go here ever again. Can't trust firestone. According to most people I hear from. read more

I went to Firestone yesterday for 4 new tires on my truck. The spare was on the right rear and it was noted for them to put the new tire on the regular rim and mount the spare back under the truck. When they were close to finished they called to suggest I get an oil change, air filter change, break repair and several belts replaced. I was annoyed and declined, I did not realize firestone was one of the places that did the big up-sale. When the service advisor called me for pickup he made sure to mention that this had been done. When I picked up my truck as soon as I started it the check engine light came on, it has not previously been on. I spoke to the service advisor and he said it was noted by the person who worked on the truck as being on. It's a high mileage, older model truck so it's entirely possible this is a coincidence that makes them look suspicious. However when I stopped on my way home and noticed my right rear tire that I had previously been distracted from I realized they threw out the spare and put the new tire on the spare rim. This lends to my suspicion that they did in fact do something during the unauthorized "courtesy" inspection. The manager did call after I complained and offered to swap the tire on the spare rim to the correct one, but there is no way in hell I'll return. I will be going to a mechanic I know to find out about the sudden engine issue though. read more

I arrived here at 11 am and was told by the service technician (Miguel) that it would be one hour for an oil change. Almost 3 hours later, I am still waiting for them to finish my oil change. Really disappointed in this location's speediness of service. read more

Had my 2010 Traverse in there to get the water pump replaced, they called and informed me that my steering gear needed replaced, my battery, air filter, and struts were going to need to be replaced soon as well as shocks. I knew my power steering had a leak and decided to let them replace it as well as the water pump ($1600.00). I was told to come and get the vehicle @ 5:30 ....car was not done until after 8pm. 7 days later the a/c went out and we took the car back up there...mind you they never mentioned the a/c needed anything and I have never had any issues at with it. Now they informed me that I need 3 hoses replaced...yes 3, and all this will cost another $1,500. I willl take the vehicle to the dealer to see if the damaged to ALL 3 hoses was caused while Firestone was working on my car. Robert and the crew may be able to earn 5 stars for a battery change out, but I would not let them do anything other than that. I WOULD NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHNG OTHER THAN TIRES OR A BATTERY!!! And I too dealt with an elderly man that was just not meant to work with customers. read more
