Mike took my call about having two tires replaced on our old Honda which has an odd tire size. He said he would have them the next day and we set up an appointment for 1PM the following day. Quite surprised and impressed! Got there about ten minutes early and everything was ready. Daniel greeted me ever so professionally and politely. Immediately got a good impression. Mike was there, when I got back from walking out to the car to retrieve the mileage. Alex got started on the car in a very timely manner and must say was so incredibly detailed in his work that socks were knocked off!! Amazing. I have shared a photo of two diagnostic tests and their quote for repairs; well, one place didn't write the guote but said it would be close to $4,000 The other one had a nice printout of overpriced parts and labor, which didn't even include the front struts I asked for. They replaced all 4 tires and the next day my breaks were grinding. On the 2000$ recommended bill had nothing about breaks. I took it to a different Firestone and they said there needs to be $900 dollars of work done to the breaks, and then had to replace my lugnuts because the last place put them on and apparently they melted on in 2 days read more

Really went above and beyond for me-- thanks to Doug! Picture this: I get a flat tire on 95 in my rental. After a lengthy hold and huge ordeal, Hertz can't help me, they send me over to Firestone. Well thankfully Doug stepped to the plate and made me feel like he was invested in helping me find a solution. He handled Hertz, got the tires we needed and got me back on the road within an hour. Even though I made an appointment in advance my appointment time was not honored. When I specifically asked what time my car would be ready I was assured that I could return in 90 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my car service had not been started. I was then given another vague answer that it might be ready in the next 90 minutes. If I had been given an honest answer about the time frame I could have waited at home. As a write this I still have not heard if my car is ready. I got a flat and realized that I would need a new tire. I went in and was greeted right away. They got my vehicle in quickly and got me done within an hour to an hour and a half. I got back and paid then went to leave. I got out to my car and looked at the rim because I wanted to make sure all was good. All in fact was not good. First, there was grease all over my rim. Second, there was a deep scratch around the edge of my rim (picture shown). Now keep in mind that I said the rim was filthy. The scratch was dirty as well. I went back in and Judith who I assume is the SSS came out and informed me that the store manager was out for the day and she would have him contact me the next day. I went back in and asked for the original repair order and looked at the inspection sheet. There was no damage documented pts (prior to service) which is company policy. Fast forward to the following day. I get a call from Mike and he says I am lying "because it is oxidized". I worked for this company for 2 years at 2 different stores. I know what techs do to cover their mess ups. There was grease smudged in the scratch to make it look old. There were also marks on the inside lip of the rim (picture shown). Mike was very defensive and unwilling to listen to what I was saying. Unfortunately, this store is just not the one you want to deal with in the possibility of you having an issue with your service. There are plenty of other stores that are better. I understand that if you don't know what you are looking for, the damage may be hard to see but I tried to outline it best I could for anyone. read more

I recently took my Mazda into this Firestone for A/C service. Recently moved from TN to FL and because of the heat index, felt I should have the A/C serviced. They completed the A/C service recommended a new cabin filter which I accepted and fuel injectors (I believe this is what it was called) which I would come back to complete at another time. One week later, I transported a friend and together noticed my floor board on the passenger side, both front and back, were soaked in water. I had just had window tinting done so I knew it wasn't because of a window being left done (can't roll down windows for 3-5 days). I took it to Firestone only to be told that it was probably a clogged A/C drain which they could service the issue but would not do anything with the standing water in my floor. Now wouldn't you think that a check on the drain would have been recommended since I just had the A/C service? Well no, it's a service that can provide but they don't automatically offer the service, it is the responsibility of the consumer to "ASK FOR IT". I would not take a broken down, junk yard vehicle to this Firestone and expect their "COMPLETE AUTO CARE". read more

I am going to find every place I can to write a review about this specific Firestone. I brought my car in; had to throw down a good chunk of change to get it fixed and that was stressful enough. Michael took care of me. He was so over the top with his customer service to a point where I truly felt like we were family towards the end. I knew I could count on him to help me no matter what. That meant when my car broke down twice on the side of the highway because something kept going wrong after they fixed it. He came to my rescue. Both times and even when he was officially off the clock. At one point, he even took care of the rental car I had to have while they really looked into what the hell was happening. He made sure I was 100 percent taken care of and wouldn't pay a cent more. I truly from the bottom of my heart have never been more happy with the service and care and will for sure recommend any of my family or friends to go to this specific location and I will certainly be going back for my future oil changes and anything else. Poor management. My girlfriend had a few issues with this Firestone a while back but I figured it would be no problem to do an oil change. I called them 386-262-1319 today (5-8-17) and scheduled an oil change for 5/9/2017 and they gave me an appointment at 6pm. A little while later I missed a call from them so I called back. I was told they couldn't give me an appointment at 6pm because someone else is scheduled for 6pm and they offered me 5pm. I told them that I was given the time of 6pm so evidently there was no other appointment at that time or they would have given me another time. They were adamant about changing my appointment to 5pm but I told them I work in Orlando and 6pm was my appointment. In the end I told them never mind. I see why my girlfriend hates going there and always try to go the the Firestone at 300 Ridgewood Av Daytona Beach. I will go there from now on. Poor customer service and one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. My girlfriend is a loyal customer of Firestone and I now know why she prefers the one on Ridgewood Avenue. So, very long story short, this Firestone has a grudge against us because they messed up our fuel pump on one of our cars a few years ago - I made a big stink about it because I'm leaking gas all the way on 95. As a result, I complain to their manager, who gets me a rental car, because the place tried to pawn off a mismatched fuel pump for my car. So, because the manager rectified the problem, I decided to keep my business there. However, will be changing shops (any recommendations?) because they keep giving me the shaft (I think they flagged me in their system as a bad customer). About a year ago, try to get my car checked out, told me it would be an hour, took 5! hours for a basic car inspection. Took the same car in the other day for a wheel balance, pretty sure the vibration in my car is worse, AND they unplugged my headlight! (Hubby bought a bulb, saw nothing wrong with it the old one, but bought one just in case, and saw that it was unplugged - an out light on the same day that I take my car in.........hmm...). Beware of this Firestone also trying to get you to do routine maintenance based on mileage, not necessity (my hubby does all the routine stuff, but they still recommend it when we come in). Have several more stories, but hopefully you get the point. They have a new manager (who is a long time employee there) now, but they're still up to the same tricks.
