They will not mount & balance tires unless they are brand new. They apparently do not ned the money.

Overcharging. They did my brakes several months ago. They changed 120 to change the brake fluid . It had to be done as part of the service they replaced the calipers there was no choice they had to be bleed the brakes. It's ridiculous to charge for that type of service I went back to the store I had a very bad case of Covid I was sidelined for 3 months. I went to the store and asked for an explanation they told me that's how that was the way they do it, It was over 1k for the repair. I know the cost of the replacement parts they made plenty of without doing unnecessary repairs. read more

This is the worst place I ever taken my car for a oil change. First of all, I am not sure why it takes one hour to change oil in any car! Second of all, this place reek of cigarettes. The stench is so bad that I could not even wait on the sitting area. I stood outside the building and even outside the stench of cigarettes is still awful. I will never return! read more

If I could give this place negative to zero stars I would. My mother and I had an absolutely UNACCEPTABLE experience here today. She made an appointment several days ago for 2:00. We show up early and they said it will be about two hours wait. We left and went to have a meal. Come back at 3:55 expecting to maybe wait ten more minutes. They fail to acknowledge us walk through the door, another ten minutes until someone talks to us and they say well we didn't know we were supposed to do anything with your car even though we left the keys with the manager. Fine. Three more customers who came in after us as walkins came AND went during this time. At 5:00 we get called back up and they haven't done anything at all to the car. We said please just put away the spare tire and do our oil change. At 5:50 they finally get done. While they did not charge us for the service done today, they never apologized only made excuses partially blaming us for a supposed "miscommunication" or did much to right the wrong they made us sit through. For a company that advertises 15 minutes from when your car is started you are out the door? False advertising. read more

I have been using this place for oil changes for a couple years. I am done with it now. I usually drop my car off and return in 3-4 hours. Plenty of time. But It is not always done by the time I requested. Anyway, This last time was the final straw. Although my car was done in time, I had an issue the next day. They gave me a song and dance about how the oil filter seal broke in the newly replaced filter. This caused my car to leak out almost the entire oil supply. I returned and they fixed it, but could not give me an adequate explanation as to why it happened. My guess is they were lying to me and the technician messed up. That is all I needed to hear. I also have paid for lifetime balancing and alignment. I really doubt that was done either even though I requested it. They gave me no paperwork to support the request. This place is shady. Save your engine and go somewhere else. read more

Took my 2015 SUV to this location with a nail in the tire....not yet losing air. Employees told me the hole could not be patched, and I would need a new tire. This new tire would cost me $150, and would not completely match my other tires. I decided to get a second opinion the next day. Nick Abraham patched the tiny hole, and I was on my way $4.20 later. Yes, $4.20, when Firestone tried to sell me a whole new tire for $150 on my 2015 vehicle. Always get a second opinion if Firestone says you need a new tire! read more
