She said it would have taken longer to put it back on the rim so she decided to be deceitful. We requested that they test the battery to see if we needed a new one. Our appointment was at 4pm. They didn't even take our car until 5pm. They closed at 6:00. They fixed the tire...but it doesn't have a valve cap...it had one before. I'm not sure that they even did a oil change because there is no sticker in the window and the system wasn't reset. They don't do the battery because they thought we didn't want it. The car had to be jumped to get it into the shop. No communication about the status or what was actually done. We had to tell them to please put new battery in. The shop had closed but it needed to be done. They said we needed to come back. They finally did it. We won't be coming back to this location

These people are either completely incompetent or blatantly scamming their customers out of hundreds to thousands of dollars. Do not under any circumstances go here. Ever. The only star is for Mike, he adjusted the price after the team working on my tire and trying to charge me, without ever confirming it with me, let alone discussing price.
