One of the few places I have ever experienced the worst customer service in my life! I mentioned to the tech that I had a $15.00 coupon and he kind of ignored me, if figured he did not hear me. Then when it came time to pay I asked if the coupon had been applied and he really had a bad attitude and told me if I had showed him the coupon? I said no because it had not been time to pay. He just had a attitude that one would expect from a bully! I showed him my coupon and he did not even look at it and made a really big deal about giving me the discount. I told him that the $15.00 would not break me and he continued to say" you act if it would". I normally go to Jiffy lube, but because they were so busy I decided to go to the Oil changers by my house. That was my mistake. I will almost bet that this employee also intimadates his co-workers and manager. I won't mention his name because I don't believe in being a snitch BUT I do expect to be treated with dignity and respect because I am speding my money with them!
