The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. I took the day off work and brought my vehicle in first thing Saturday morning, only to be told they don't have a technician available until Monday. That information would have been helpful to know before I rearranged my schedule. At this point, it feels like the housing unit may have been over-tightened during the oil change and possibly cracked. Now that I'm here trying to get it resolved, there's no technician available to address it. Very frustrating experience and a disappointing level of communication and professionalism.

When I got there I pulled up and Taylor approached me, and I then informed her I was needing an oil change. She stated to me that it would be about 15 minutes before she could get me in, she got me pulled in in 12 minutes. I then asked how long it would be and she stated 15 minutes. Taylor was done in 19 minutes, this was due largely to explaining to me the services my 2015 Chevy Silverado V8 4WD 1500 was going to need. Taylor was prompt, courteous, and professional. Later that evening I drove to a friends and had someone flag me down to say I had stuff hanging/dragging under my car. I found the panel they take off to access the bolts hanging and destroyed. It later flew off in traffic. Monster tape wasn't enough to secure it. So I went back the follow day to speak with the manager Junior. He apologized and said he would order a new panel and reach out when it comes in. It's now been 3weeks with nothing from Junior. Additionally, I've stopped in twice now and tried to resolve this only to find Calvin, the manager on duty, couldn't find the time to talk to me for 60 seconds. I'll no longer use Jiffy Lube for my fleet or personal vehicles. I suggest you do the same.

Also not a good value almost $300 for oil change and headlight replacement. Kept trying to upsale me things they didn't know really if I even needed it. I went to ASR right after I had a horrific experience at another tire and alignment shop. The…read moreprevious place did a complete and utter hack job. They actually made my alignment worse, gave me check engine lights, and couldn't even balance the wheels properly. When I got to ASR, Vuthy pointed out that the previous shop had put an excessive amount of wheel weights on one side of the wheel. He explained that the correct way to fix it would have been to break the bead and rotate the tire on the wheel so it would balance properly instead of just stacking weights in one spot. It was crazy how many weights were on there. That alone gave me confidence I had finally found people who actually knew what they were doing. I ended up paying them to do the work because it just was not worth the stress and hassle to deal with the previous shop. When it came to the alignment, Vuthy pointed out my lower ball joint was worn -- meaning the previous shop should never have aligned it in the first place, since it wouldn't fully hold anyway. Instead, he aligned it for free as a stopgap so my new tires wouldn't wear unevenly in the meantime. Once I had time, I brought it back and had the full lower control arm replaced given the mileage on the truck. Could not be happier with the result. It's absolutely insane how far above and beyond this shop has gone to get my truck running perfectly. This is exactly how an automotive shop should be--customer service oriented. They know what they're doing, they have the experience to do the work right, and they don't cut corners. I imagine that's why they have so many repeat customers and referrals. When you do great work and treat people right, it pays off in the long run. They have completely set a new bar for me when it comes to getting work done on my vehicle, and I'm so grateful Vuthy and his crew exist.

The team was super accommodating and had no problem holding onto it for me. When I picked it up, they pointed out a few minor issues with my car and recommended I follow up on them. I took their advice and got those sorted out later that same week. The car looks and feels absolutely great now. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely be back for any future suspension work!

I used to take my cars to Walmart, but their service is garbage. They took 2-3 Hrs. to do my Oil even when they had only 1 car ahead of me. It was CRAZY to me and could never figure out why it took them so long for a simple oil change. I figured out they want all their customers to wait long, so they go into Walmart and drop all their Money. A $30.00 oil change was costing me over $100.00+ after my long wait buying things in the store killing time. The Fix to my problem was Oil Changers. I have been bringing my cars to Oil Changers for at least 8yrs. Joe and his staff are always very respectful and do excellent quality work. If you want to feel safe someone is looking out for your best interest or Family, come to see Joe. I promise you will have your car in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also, you don't have to even get out of the car which is awesome. You will even have time to go into Costco across from Oil Changers to get anything else you might need on your time and not anybody else time like Walmart. Why have I been going to other oil change locations. I spent $80 at Pep Boys next door for an oil change and the customer service non existent. I went to Pep Boys in knowing that my air filter was way over due. They never gave me any recommendations. These guys at Oil Changers reminded me of what the 50's gas stations were like for full service. One of the best parts is that you stay in your vehicle while they work on it. Rather that than the uncomfortable waiting rooms with a TV on the soap opera channel playing. Its small, not in the greatest area (homeless) but these guys work hard. read more

I was travelling from the central coast to Merced when the oil light came on in my car. I know nothing about car engines. I took the next exit and looked for a car repair place. I saw the sign for Oil Changes and drove in. The place was busy....a good sign! I told them that I thought I just need to have oil added and at first they told me they didn't reall do that. They were helpful, did a good job, and quick! After going 4 different places and being told I'd have to wait 3-4 hrs at all of them with my toddlers...I went there, pulled right in and they changed my oil with us sitting in the car while my toddlers watched a movie in the car and finished in under 20 minutes!! They topped off my fluids, checked the air in my tires, and washed my windshield. I'm going back to take my other vehicle here in just a minute. Too bad I'm moving out of state soon, otherwise this would be my new oil change place! read more

Been there a few times to get my oil changed, I have only had to wait once and it was less than twenty minutes. The guys are so nice and helpful and really go the extra mile. They changed my oil, wiped my windows, pumped up my tires and checked all my lights for me. They are speedy and inexpensive and I stayed in my car and chatted with them while they changed my oil. I had brought an accessory belt to be installed on my Jeep during an oil change by Kevin and his really fun crew at the Shaw location. He offered to install it for a very nominal fee, but it was the wrong size. Kevin informed me the one he had removed was in good condition. He reinstalled my old belt FOR FREE! Great service, honest and ethical workers. I've been coming here for years and the staff is friendly. Prices are fair and should your car need additional services (i.e. transmission fluid or air filter change), they are honest about it, but not pushy. I take my car and my wife's car here. Staff is friendly, professional, and thorough. In addition to fluids, they check the belt, lights, wiper blades, and tire pressure. It saves me the hassle of having to keep on eye on all that. Staff is not on commission and doesn't pull the hard sell on additional services although they do give good advice. This is the second time I've called and the guys have tried to up charge a oil change 89 dollars…read morewhen my ex would take my car it was 55 dollars women stand clear from these guys go to the chevron place on shields and chestnut they'll take care of you No sir i've done business with you myself and it seems that every time I go in I get up charged but when my ex would go, it would literally be $55 under $60 and I get what you're saying about the year make and model, depending on the car type of oil but not every car takes a full synthetic and I know my car is not a full synthetic to be paying 100 and something plus dollars maybe look a little more into your business and how your employees are promoting. I wouldn't sit here and lie and encourage people to go else were for no reason it happens when too many times you can clearly see in your reviews.

They had the best price and the guy that helped me was awesome. I've gotten my tires rotated there since, but not any longer. The last two times I had an appointment has been horrible. Todays appointment (June 22, 2026) was the last straw. I made my appointment for 8 am so I wouldn't miss much work. I got there at 7:45 AM. There were already a few people in the parking lot. Doors open and I went in. I was second in line. I tell the guy that I have an 8am appointment for my F350. I can tell right away the guy was not thrilled about being at work this morning. He checks me in and I sit down. There was a walk-in behind me for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was waiting in the lobby I see they take her F150 immediately. Mine is still in the lot. It's 8:45 now and my truck is still in the parking lot. I go to the counter to voice my concerns. The guy tells me that his tech "with the big tools" just got in and they are going to take my truck now. What does that even mean??? Why even schedule my appt when they KNOW what I drive? This was the kicker for me though. While waiting in the lobby a gentleman came to check in. He asked the EMPLOYEE how he's doing this morning. The employee said to him, "Busy...how are you?" I was like... did I really just hear that? Then, a call came in. I assume the person on the phone asked him how he was doing too because the employee said, "Busy...how can I help you?" That was it. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. My truck was done and I left at 9:20 am. Never returning.

I was greeted immediately pulling up then helped out with the options. The oil change took about 20-25 minutes. It was so fast and efficient. I love how they show you the oil at the end before you drive off. Definitely proves the quality and time the team takes. This location is so convenient to get to. They have a lobby area and free WiFi. I'll always keep coming back! Best service in town!

This was my first time coming here and I brought my brand new car to get the AC refilled. I paid…read more$480 for the service. Only two months later, my AC was blowing hot air again. I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid to refill it again, but they offered a small discount. I asked if they checked for leaks before doing the refill, and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Then they told me I should go back to the dealership where I bought the car to fix the AC issue. I feel like this should have been checked before charging me almost $500. Very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend this place for AC work.
