I was told on a Sunday that my alignment would take 1-3 hours which in the first place is a big window, secondly they closed the shop without calling me to know where in the process my car was at. I called multiple times and no one answered, its now Monday and i do not have my car for work or any normal activities that i plan to do. I went in for an oil change last minute. They mentioned it would be 2-3 hours wait. It ended becoming less than 1 hour, which was great. The customer service was friendly. The woman who works in the mornings is very rude. She said my appointment was at 730am and I just let her know that when I had called they said I could come at 7 and my car would be worked on right away. She said no reason to get mad lmao. Then I told her if there are any other recommendations that the auto tech has then to write it down since I needed to go to work. I said last time they left my car sitting until I came in to see if my car was done and then she started checking the system to see if it was true. I reminded her that I needed to get to work and I needed to just get the paperwork over with. She got rude again. I've gone here for around 7 years. My headlight went out, being a Range Rover Evoke, I really didn't want to take it to Fresno for such a minor repair, I drove in, the customer service was great, everyone was cheerful, helpful and very polite. I walked over to have lunch for a half hour I was quoted for repair, received a phone call about 20 minutes later that me car was ready. Service complete, I'm a happy customer! Took my car in for a simple oil change without scheduling an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The lady that helped me was very polite. They detected a nail in one of my tire without me addressing that issue which I knew I was having some sort of issue with the air pressure. So it's not like they would lie to scam me. They did a wonderful job checking other maintenance I needed I.e. tune up, brake fluid, air filter, patching my tire and the overall price wasn't overly expensive. I've been to Firestone several times for oil changes and alignments. It always confuses me as to why it take 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change when other places can change oil in 30 minutes max. I've finally had enough today when I make an appointment for 9 am and when I return at 9:40 my car hasn't been brought into the shop yet. What's the point of an appointment and who is running the show? I took my keys and left. I will not return to firestone again. It's a shame because I have free alignment. I'm just not will to spend hours trying to get an oil change. I can go to the dealer for that. read more

I took my car in to get the fuel pump replaced, it was a sudden issue that needed quick attention, so I had no time to make an appointment. I took the car in not expecting to see it for a day or two, but they were able to confirm that the problem was indeed the fuel pump and they had it fixed and out of the shop the same day. read more

Had a very good experience to a bad car situation. I was nervous taking my car to any Autoshop other than where I normally take it, because of a very bad prior situation with a different Autoshop, but this was an emergency, so I decided to take it to Firestone. My car had Extreme shaking in the front. Turned out to be serious and dangerous. My driveline was barely hanging on and needed to be replaced. They even showed me and explained it to me, so now I know what it is. Plus there was other damage from it being loose, so I was looking at a very expensive fix, but it had to be done. The part wasn't going to be delivered until the 29th of December. Now it was going to cost more, because I would have to rent a car. I left dazed, but not much later I received a call that they had called around to find the part and they could get the part the next day and get it fixed AND at a cheaper cost! WHAT! That was great news! Around Christmas is a difficult time to have a major car expense. I picked up my car the next day after work and it is running great!!! No more shaking! It feels safe again. I applied for their credit card and was able to pay for the entire cost with the credit card and plan on paying it off in the 6 months that it's interest free. That helped A LOT! I can't say thank you enough to these hard workers. I feel like they took care of me and instead of seeing me as a $ sign treated me as a person. Definitely put my faith back into auto mechanics. I will definitely return if anything else needs to be done on my car again. They were friendly, knowledgeable and I feel went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it! read more

Twice I showed up for a car inspection. Twice I had to cancel. They have no shuttle service to get me home(4 miles) so I don't have to wait 2 hours for my car. Even if I left it and prepaid, I couldn't pick it up after they closed. Inconvenient. I live alone and have no one available to pick me up. That's really poor service. read more

If there were a possible way for me to give zero stars, I would. On the morning of May 19th, I went to this location to receive what I thought would be routine maintenance on my Honda Civic. I asked for a simplistic task for an oil change and then ended up also receiving a new air filter as well as a free tire rotation for having Firestone tires. I waited in the store for over 2 hours until my maintenance was complete. Upon driving home I was walking inside my house when I looked back to see that the mechanic did not install my oil pan upon completion of his work. The incompetence displayed by this action, as well as the mechanic intentionally removing my car from the lift is completely inexcusable. When I called Firestone to tell them the problem although the woman was nice and apologetic on the phone in person she was in unknowledgeable when asked questions. I was told when I walked inside that the mechanic knew about such errors and lost my bolts and was asked to accept a zip tied oil pan instead of a bolted one if they could've find the bolts. How can I go to a location with a perfect car and leave with damage to my car. My oil pan is completely messed up including a large whole from dragging over bumps with my return. In the end I actually did receive bolts which was nice but do to this I have serious doubts whether or not they even performed any maintenance to my car correctly. There is no reason as to why I should have to review a "professionals" work or worry about my car becoming damaged for such a simple a task. As I walked out the door the woman again apologized and offered a free oil change next time I come in which I doubt I could even verify. I will never return to another Firestone location for any maintenance. They are unprofessional as well as lacking integrity. Do not bring any vehicle here. read more

I took my car in because the engine light went on they did a diagnostic check it was my air flow valve? needed to be replaced. I did not choose to have my work done at that time because I didn't live in the area and could drive my car to my location with out any problems but when I got in my car it wouldn't start. So I went in with one problem and another one started. They had my car for 4 days and couldn't find out what the problem was. They even went to the place of renting me a car so I could get to work but then the day I got the rental the problem was fixed. Apparently I only needed a new distributor, it took them 4 days to figure that out??? The worse thing is that after I left I still had a problem starting my car and found out at another firestone that I needed a new battery because one of the cells was burnt out. Now I'm wondering if I needed a new distributor because the distributor cap was only replaced the year before and the car wasn't driven hardly at all. Never had a problem starting it before. Also why wouldn't they let me know if it was the battery??? Replaced the battery then it started fine. I would have given them a one star but I have to say their customer service was excellent. I'm just concerned because I had more problems with firestone at another location same thing my car running worse then when I bought it in and they caused me a lot of money, time and stress because the problem still persisted and the problems they discovered shouldn't have taken four days to sort out.
