    I took a chance by taking my car to Firestone , because I really thought that they would be qualified to figure out why my car just started jerking out of no where. I also had a small leak coming from under the cars engine. Whatever the jerking was from , it jerks no more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But , they never told me about the leaks that I enquired about.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And , when I did come to pick up my car , it was leaking gas , as if my cap wasn't screwed on , or something. I ended up taking it back to them , twice , and they said something about a pinch in some cord. After taking it to them the second time , I thought that everything would be back to normal. But , now , I have an oil leak , that seems like my car have a giant hole in the engine somewhere. I'm now spending about $100 a week , just to keep my car full of oil. First it was the gas leaking that had me digging into my pockets. Now , I'm having the exact same problem with my oil draining all over the road. I understand that these guys told .e about a couple things that needed repair. But , it was nothing major. Or , something that couldn't wait. Since leaving that office , my car has basically been sitting in the driveway , be ayse Everytime that I drive it , I have to stop by an AutoZone , for more oil. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm pissed , to say the least. I'm almost scared to take it back to them , because I don't want them to think that I'm trying to get work done for free.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But , I can barely drive now. And , on top of all of this , I now have a big yellow scape on my front bumper , that I'm sure was caused by pulling my car in or out of the bay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You guys really messed me around. And , I'm highly upset , and am really feeling like I got the short end of the stick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I want my car fixed. Because , it ran smooth before I took it to you guys. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now , how can we get beyond these problems ? I'm open for suggestions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - Sincerely , Eric P. Phoenix AZ.

    I've been coming here for years now and this location is amazing. Not sure why their reviews are on the lower end. My family and friends all come to this location as far as Tempe. Give them a try. The biggest thing I've noticed with other people or friends is that you need to communicate and be friendly. They'll treat you like family if you do the same. Don't be a karen. And best of all. They'll price match!!! If you think you can get a better deal elsewhere bring a quote and they will match it!! They have amazing services and are very knowledgeable!

    This Firestone deserves so much more recognition, I brought my Audi here after my AC stopped blowing cool air and the Audi dealership tried robbing me and quoted me about $1k just for a diagnostic with no guarantee that they would find the issue and told me it would be thousands more if it's the issue they are thinking it is and tried to scare me into me selling my car to them for dirt cheap. I called Firestone and they did 2 diagnostics for around $220 together I believe. Found the problem within a couple of days and ordered a new part and walked away with 2 diagnostics done, 2 recharges, and parts and labor with my AC fixed and under warranty for about half the price Audi was quoting me JUST for a diagnostic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employees at this location are very honest and helpful and I admire their integrity so much for not attempting to take advantage and just get $ out of me and for genuinely trying to help with my situation and my budget.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't remember the manager's name but he was an older gentleman with glasses, he was also very helpful and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had great interactions with every employee at this location and the communication was fantastic as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wish I would've gotten everybody's names because they are truly the best. I'll always bring my car to this location and recommend this location to everybody, they will forever have my business. Thank you SO much! Not all heroes wear capes!!!!!

    Yes I had a bad experience with Firestone and all the were asked to do was diagnose and when I got my car back it was worse

    I had a great experience with this mobile mechanic. He came out to me and replaced my A/C…read morecompressor, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

    I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
