The Manager was soooooo very kind, professional at the utmost and very very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me. I have a Heart Condition called Ventricular Tachycardia plus My legs are Crippled. I also have Multiple Sclerosis. How did he show mercy on me as a DISABLED WOMAN CUSTOMER? He gave me free Transmission Fluid since it was low. I'm unable to keep up my maintenance lately due to increased pain and declining weakness which comes on naturally from my conditions. This was very kind and merciful of him. He also did a very thorough Computer Diagnosis on my Vehicle which he didn't have too at all everyone. I have a bad Transmission Slippage problem diagnosis. My gears 3 to 5 need replacement plus the electric connectors are failing in my vehicle. He was kind enough to say, the costs to fix it , I was better off getting a new car in two months time. I can't afford a newer car right now at all. Do I'm praying everyone for better Car Days for me. PLEASE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE ON COUNTRY CLUB AND BASELINE. if i could give this location ZERO stars, i would. I came in 05/07 to get a oil change on my honda civic. Same day my car was making a scuffing sound anytime i would go over bumps, and i thought it was low tires. That wasn't the issue. We took a look underneath my car and noticed my skid plate was not attached back to it's original spot, and was dangling missing TWO screws. I called jiffy lube and they told me to bring the car back in, so i did today 05/16... i came out and checked underneath my car.. they only put ONE screw on out of the 2 that were missing. I'm so annoyed because i had the same issue happen at a firestone not too long ago, my skid turned to mush and they had to pay for the repairs. It's so upsetting you can't trust anyone to work on your vehicle. Do i really have to go under my car and make sure all the screws are in after every oil change ? RIDICULOUS read more

Do not go here unless you want them to ruin your car. I went in for an oil change and a coolant flush. It was a bit expensive, but I thought everything went fine. After this, my car started smoking and then it started overheating. I went back and they told me it would cost $550 to fix the cracked connection between the radiator and the coolant reservoir. I went to another mechanic shop and he said that my car just needed more coolant because Jiffy Lube had not replaced any fluids when they had done the flush. This mechanic only charged $70 to fix my vehicle. Charging more money than other places is one thing, but lying about car problems in order to get more money that would not even fix the issue is unforgivable. I will never come back to a Jiffy Lube again. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed. read more

Great guys here. They store manager is a solid guy they are super fast and always try to get me the best deal. We like to put high milage oil in my wife's car. One time we didn't quite have enough money in the budget for the right oil but it was time so we were going to go with the house brand oil. They remembered, like everytime, and asked us why the oil change. He understood and helped us out by giving us the oil we usually get at a discounted price. Great people in my book. I usually take the car to the dealership for everything, but since I've moved and it's far away and I wanted to get a quick oil change to turn off that damn warning light.... Usually I'm pretty skeptical of places like these because I don't want to do the upselling dance. That being said, this was a great shop to go to. I had been to the dealership about 6 months before and got a new air filter and kind of knew where I stood on the car. The guy I worked with, Nivaro (sorry if I spelled that wrong) gave me a run-down on the car and what he said basically matched up with the dealership. Professional, young guy. Air filter had some dust, but no need to change it yet, fluids were good, etc. I was waiting for a pitch on something I didn't need but it didn't come. He threw in a headlight defogging service which I need but passed on, but that was pretty much it. In and out fast, easy to get to, can't really think of anything I didn't like. read more

I've been taking my work truck here for the past two years. Sure they try to sell you on more repairs then what you bring it in for, but I could care less about that (it's a work truck nothing gets done that's not OK'd anyways). What I do care about is someone being took lazy to put down some paper when you get into the vehicle and you're covered in grease and oil. Really? Oil and grease all over the carpet on the floor, the door, the trim, the mats, the base of the seat. This is unacceptable. It should be something that's automatic and very easy. I will not be going back to them again. Only gave them an additional star because they are generally very fast and they get me in and out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Place is dirty, unprofessional, unorganized and overpriced. I came here to get a maintenance tuneup and oil change. There were 3 people staring under the hood of my car when Josh came back in and told me they only had one of the 6 spark plugs I needed to change my plugs. I would have to order them and the total would be 875.00! So I said no, thank you, please just change my oil. So I waited. Josh Malcolm came back in to the office and I was told the last people who changed my oil stripped the drain plug and siliconed it to fix it. They would not be able to change my oil either. They referred me over to some mechanic in Tempe. So, they sent me on my way. I promptly drove to Earnhardt Toyota, they got me in quickly, changed my oil. This place was great. I called ahead just to get some information, since this was my first time taking my car in for an oil change. Scotty was super helpful over the phone. When I arrived there was fresh coffee in there small but very clean waiting area. The staff was friendly and efficient. They changed my oil for the cheapest price around, I know because I called 6 other places in the area, and they fixed my headlight for free. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! As a girl who doesn't have all the car smarts, these guys were so nice to take the time to explain everything to me and make me feel more knowledgeable and comfortable about my car and it's maintenance. Been going to this location since it opened, and have never had the inclination to just leave in the first few minutes as I did this morning. Jiffy Lube provides a service, a good service for the most part, so I am hopeful the experience I had today was just the manager Chris having a bad morning. I was the only car there with at least four associates on duty. Had they not already started on my car I would left based the rudeness and angry looks I was getting from this young man. I said as much to one of the associates, who did not disagree with me. The service itself has always been good, but when you are treated with the disrespect this young man was giving as the manager of this location, as the companies representative it makes you wonder who else has had the experience I had. During an extremely frustrating car over-heating problem on 6/24/2017, this Jiffy Lube shop saved my day. The guys were amazing and kind and patient, even though they were not able to do the extensive work required. They paid a Lyft driver to take my 89 yr old mother home so that she did not have to endure the 116 deg heat outside and helped me get to a mechanic that could fix my car. I will never take my car to this Jiffy Lube ever again. In April of 2015 I took my car to this Jiffy Lube because Ford said it was an hour and a half wait. So i take my car to this Jiffy Lube because there was no waiting.... even though it was 30 plus dollars more. They do the service and I'm out, I think everything is cool. On Sunday my family and I head back to California I get home and about 2 3 days later im in the garage working out and notice the splashguard was missing. I call the store talk to Max's send him a photo of the undercarriage to show what was missing. Max says they will see if he can find it. He calls me back and says they can't find it, he then says worst case we will UPS a new one to you. Scott the store manager gets involved he says he is going to look at it and get back to me in two days. Two days goes by and no call back from Scott, bottom-line I had to call him 3 times when he said he would call me back. Then issue gets transferred to some lady named Jody Stiles she recites the same comment that the district manager Darren Fisher says "those cars don't have skid plates!" (Splashguards). Even though I gave them the part number. I ask this guy Darren Fisher what is the owner's name I want to contact him he says you can't. Bottom-line is Bob Bove needs to step in and handle this, promises were made and lies were told by his staff and that alone will affect the reputation of that franchise.
